Service and food were great! We had eggs. Benedict, Florentine Benedict, and the bacon and avocado omelets. In a previous posting that disappeared, I shared that their biscuits and gravy are not quite a good recipe. Write the location, atmosphere, and most of their food is fantastic.

6/26/2024 Visit. Had Brunch here today. Lorri got her French toast fix, with an egg and 2 bacon strips. I had the chicken fried steak, 2 eggs and a small fruit bowl. Excellent all around. Good proportions. Great service. Great location being in the hotel, on the corner and just above the bakery we love so much.

Mariah is AWESOME! ?
Navajo taco was just ok cuz I lived in Flagstaff and had them from the reservation and nothing compares to those. The steak tacos were very delicious and the apple crisp with vanilla ice cream left me speechless. I'm excited to return and try something new! The service makes it a very enjoyable dining experience. ❤️?

Had breakfast here for the first time in a long time. Like what they've done with the bistro itself, nice warm colored wood, the ambiance is great, The service was great, our server was very attentive and friendly.
The food was really good, but didn't knock my socks off. Wasn't excellent but it was really good. Very small portions, we had the brisket, egg combination and a Florentine Benedict.

This bistro has a full menu, but it is your typical bar type of food. The Whiskey Jam burger was a bit dry. The fish and chips were tasty. The drinks were miniscule and not the best mixed drink. The service was very friendly with some good recommendations. Nice place for a casual dinner.

We have been wanting to try it our, wish we would have stopped in sooner. Great location, the fish and chips were awesome, the coconut shrimp and sauce were really great. Good service as well.

Usually when my family and I are in town, we visit The Bistro for breakfast which is so yummy. The breakfast potatoes are out of this world delicious..it’s perfectly seasoned and crispy. The pancakes are perfectly fluffy with the right amount of crisp on the edges. Definitely a great spot for breakfast. Then we discovered they opened for dinner so we had to go back and check it out. Dinner was just as delicious as breakfast. Our server Melania was very helpful and just the sweetest. My husband ordered the steak salad and I ordered chicken Florentine both dishes were yummy and the portions were huge. They don’t skimp on the protein. Definitely will be going back for both breakfast and dinner!
