So, my wife and I stopped in after hunting for a BBQ spot close to us while we're were in FT. Smith. We tried it.. and wow!! I had the pulled pork sandwich with fried okra and BBQ baked beans.. DELICIOUS!!! My wife had the loaded baked potato(pulled pork) and the beans. All great food. For both us to eat it only ran $25!! The environment us light and airy... modern contemporary fixtures, and high class decor. When we pulled up we thought for sure we'd break the bank... but it wS surprisingly affordable. We have one closer to home in Rogers... I will definitely visit that location!!!

It is a good place to sit and have bbq. Their normal sausage bas a unique flavor. The pulled pork, ribs and brisket are normal.

The bbq sauce is very tasty and has an apple bbq sauce flavor.

What they serve as “Texas toast” is simply a bread slice toasted.

The chicken lacks the flavor.

It is on bit expensive side.

The service was quick and pleasant. I liked the tables by the windows, they give a great vibe. The atmosphere of the place was overall really nice. The food was delicious and satiating. Would definitely go again.

We like to eat at Blue Embers every now and then. The food is amazing. It can be pricey though. My husband & I shared 1/2 pound of brisket, half pound of burnt ends, potato salad, baked beans, and two drinks for about $48. Portions are fine. They give you a choice of what type of brisket you like ( lean or moist w/ some fat). I prefer the moist. Burnt ends are pork. There are turkey & chicken options. You go to the counter to tell them your meat choice. They put it on a metal tray. Then, you go to the other counter for your sides. Kinda cafeteria style. Very clean building. People are super friendly.

Quick service and great food. The pulled pork was delicious. Didn’t realize they had ice cream till we were done eating and had to go back for some. Great place to stop for a meal.

Good BBQ. Service was excellent. Brisket tender and juicy. Okra was fresh, hot and crispy. All in all it was a very nice experience. Sauces were of a good variety, sweet, hot and original. I would definitely stop in again if in town. Only problem was my eyes were bigger than my stomach. Give it a try. You won’t be disappointed.

My husband and I are consistent customers of Blue Ember Smokehouse! Our last visit was January 2nd and this is my first review!! My husband ordered a pulled pork sandwich and potato salad. I ordered a ✨ girl dinner ✨ aka baked sweet potato, fried okra, and green beans! We both really enjoy their pulled pork, and sometimes I like to just get their sides. Their green beans are my FAVORITE! If I had more room in my tummy, I would have ordered their mac n’ cheese because it is sooooo good! The Blue Ember Team was kind and professional. The restaurant was clean and I enjoy their environment! I really enjoy the music! We have been times where it is super busy and there is limited seating, but this particular night there were more options! Thank you Blue Ember Smokehouse for what you contribute to Fort Smith and the River Valley! I appreciate you!!

This place make delicious BBQ Ribs, pork, brisket, sausage, bean, potato salad and more .
They have ice cream and desserts ? .they have sodas and ice tea. Beautiful salons , clean areas , big parking lot and handicap parking available and very good service. I try the brisket, ribs, pork, beans, potato and bread , everything in my plate was delicious plus vanilla ice cream cone.i really recommend this restaurant. Is why i give 5 star review
