Love Blue Pan Pizza! Excellent deep dish pizza and salads. We get it to go or dine in and both are great. Service is good when dining in, and pizza is ready quickly and hot for take away. Our favorite is the Brooklyn Bridge - the combo of the creamy and slightly sweet ricotta with the pepperoni and sausage is amazing. Definitely recommend!

The place was very comfortable, the music was amazing, and the staff was very friendly. But the food! We got had three pizzas and their garlic ranch and hot honey! Some of the best deep dish pizza we’ve had!

The pizza here is so tasty, but let’s be honest the eggplant fries are the star.

We had pizza, Greek salad (so fresh and delicious), and eggplant fries. Everything was so amazing - we will be back when we’re in the area.

Everyone there was so welcoming and helpful.

WOW! I have never had gluten free pizza so incredible and so many amazing toppings to add. Highly recommend the Detroit style in the gluten free, look at that fluffy rise and crispy cheese on the crusts. I can’t believe it was entirely celiac friendly, seriously delicious and a new favorite we will come back to

The pizza was tasty but I’ve had other Detroit style pizzas with a better bite. This pizza had no crunch on the bottom crust which was a little disappointing. The price is a little high for what you get. The ranch is absurdly priced. $45 for a pizza and 3 sides of ranch

Excellent pizza, the best in Colorado. The flavor is there, the portion is high, the ingredients are all fresh, and there isn't a single pizza that tastes bad.

The wait time here is lower than the locations in Denver, and parking is easier.

Although if you do ask for substitutions or sauce, do be aware that they charge extra for that. For ours, we didn't want the pepperoni or sausage but wanted the vegan pepperoni and chicken. Despite substitution for like ingredients, we were charged and weren't notified until we got the bill.

It was good still, but these things should be communicated.

As a Michigander who has only been to 8 mile once and really only likes Detroit for their sports teams, I would rate this deep dish a 10/10! We had the Brooklyn Bridge, a Blue Pan classic and enjoyed every bite. The ricotta cheese is mind blowing. Great family vibes and the staff is always friendly and happy to serve.
