Love happy hour here! 3-5 pm! All servers are super nice!

I love pretzel bites with salt and French Fries with truffle oil! During happy hour it is $5 Well drink and half price of wine (including champagne 😊. If you want to try something sweet but strong, I would highly recommend Dragon Lady! Coconut Vodka. ST Germaine, Cranberry Garnish. Served straight up!!

Great atmosphere and great drinks. I ordered the ribeye and the piece of meat was pink with “white meat” it tasted and looked like a pork chop. The kitchen claimed that it looked like one and sent out. Still tastes good but still think it was pork.

Such a memorable time was experienced by the 17 members of my family. Lisa Brazel accommodated us on so many levels. She reserved patio space (not done) near the outdoor concert venue, she allowed me to bring my birthday sheet cake and present it to the table with my candles aflame, and assigned Tommy to be our server. Our group was given its own space on the patio, and my family took full advantage of the area dancing to their hearts content. Besides all this wonderful treatment, the food was extraordinary and everybody concurred. Tommy was also an excellent waiter, who doted on our every need. Without hesitation I highly recommend Bluebird Bistro.

Love this place…we first came here last year and we have returned this year 2024. The servers, Josh & Tommy have been nothing but top notch professional and 1st class service. The wait staff stop by often to refill our glasses of water. The food here is really good too! We have not had a meal we do not like. I tip my hat to the chef and his cooking associates. They are awesome. Granby Ranch is a great place to get off the beaten path and enjoy the beauty of Colorado!

NO… I do not work for Granby Ranch… I have just been very impressed during this busy 4th of July weekend and Bluebird Bistro has knocked it out of the park!

Was expecting standard ski lodge fare and was surprised with succulent creative dishes, all at a reasonable price! This place hangs with the best restaurants in downtown Granby (Chef even sounds like "the Bear")!

Our family of four with kids really enjoyed our dinner. The cocktails were on point (not too sweet, you could taste the alcohol and complimentary flavors). My husband’s hangar steak was cooked to a perfect medium rare as ordered and he was super impressed with it (not easily done for him in restaurants). I had a pizza with gluten free crust (not listed on their menu but ask), my kids had a pizza and chicken tenders. Everyone was pleased with their meal (as well as dessert) and our server, Andrew, was friendly and attentive. We would return!

We dined on opening night of the Winter season and came back the next evening because there was still so much on the menu we wanted to try!
The barbecue plate was a large serving size that we shared & great Texas smoke! Pizza crust was great with the hot honey crust. Ribeye was cooked perfectly medium rare & steak ravioli was satisfying.
Staff was personable & attentive. We were staying in condos nearby and loved that it was such a short drive & we didn’t have to leave Granby ranch community.
