My husband and I had the absolute best experience working with Shawna & Breck Mtn Wedding. We hired Shawna for Month/Day of Coordination services for our wedding at The Lodge at Breckenridge. Being an out of state couple, she was able to provide us with vendors and was there for any questions we had had. It is evident that she is so knowledgeable with the Summit County area and wedding vendors.

Shawna was always willing to jump on a call and supported us in creating a wedding timeline that was flawless from start to finish. On the day of she made sure our fun and crazy friends, and family, knew exactly where they needed to be at all times. When it came to decorating, she met with us to talk details and set everything up exactly how we envisioned it. The ceremony and reception areas were stunning and Shawna worked so hard to ensure everything looked amazing.

My friends and family came up to me several times stating how much they loved Shawna. She is not only incredible at her job, but she is kind, energetic and made us feel really special during our big day. Admittedly, we were slow to start the wedding planning process and started working with Shawna about six months before the big day. It did not phase Shawna whatsoever. She kept us accountable and offered insight and guidance into every aspect of the wedding day.

Shawna knows the Summit County area very well and helped offer insight into every local vendor, ceremony location, reception venue, pricing, availability, etc. This was so helpful as we are from out of town and held a destination wedding.

As the date approached Shawna was always available on short notice and checked-in with us routinely. Further, she kept detailed lists of the timeline, vendors, and seating charts that we could update in real time and share with each other.

During our wedding weekend Shawna helped us with rehearsal, ceremony, reception, breakdown, decorations, logistics, and vendor communication. All the wedding stress I had disappeared and my wife and I were able to fully enjoy our wedding day.

Shawna was amazing to work with! We used her partial planning services (month of/day of coordination), but she was very responsive and available at any point leading up to our wedding, not just the month before. She was always quick to respond via email or text and we never had issues finding time to schedule zoom calls with her. She was present and so helpful throughout our whole wedding weekend.

Shawna always offered great insight on calls with our vendors and ensured they all had our wedding day timeline. She called all of our vendors before our wedding weekend to review details regarding timing, parking, getting around, etc. She also gave them all her cell number and was always available, so none of them needed to contact us during our wedding weekend.
