Went here to meet a friend I haven't seen in a while. This place is about seven to eight miles north of the 101 so it can be a drive for some folks, especially if you're coming from the anywhere other than the North valley. Brisam's is a traditional American style bar and grill. The atmosphere is very lively. My server Christie was very nice and courteous. The food I ordered were chicken wings (half hot and half blackened) with fries. They were okay. The blackened wings lacked flavor so they tasted like I was eating unflavored wings. Would I go out there again? Probably not since I drove from the west side. However, of you are local it would be a nice place to visit.

Food was good but everything was very rich. The ranch was really tasty on the house salad. I really enjoyed my whisky penne pasta and hubby liked his burger! Carrot cake was MASSIVE.

Great little gem in Cave Creek. Great food and service, be patient, it’s well worth it. Their fries are amazing… a bowl of clam chowder is my favorite soup here… and their pizza.. oh man, the crust is amazing.

We had Yakisoba, egg rolls, Shrimp tacos, pasta with marinara and a kids pizza. Everyone loved their food. The service was friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this place.

The spicy artichoke dip was good. I had the quesadilla app for dinner and it's large and filling and lots of flavor with a little kick. Husband had the whiskey penne and it was good as well. No real atmosphere. So we have No complaints... it wasn't bad at all but just wasn't anything spectacular. The older waitress was a sweetheart though and very attentive

Well for starters I'm not a picky person. Burger I had was the blacken blue . Blackened way to much. The blackened fish not very good either. Drinks not good strangest margarita I ever tried to ingest it was awful. Mai Tai also were ordered they were awful also not sure . 4 of us do lunch once a week and have for a while. Sorry to say this place bottom of the list to return. In fairness the appetizers were the highlight of the meal. I emailed Steve twice to voice my concern over the situation. No response at all.

This place has become my default destination for dinner out near Carefree. Great menu, they remember you and your order, and are just darn nice.

Good place to meet for food & drinks. Happy Hour is only at the bar. Place is not to noisy, that you can hold a conversation without yelling.
Our waitress Cindy is fantastic. Food was delicious. We got a cheese pizza as an appetizer it was fantastic. I was able to swap fries for a baked potato. Did the fish & chips, baked. Which was fantastic as there was no breading. Cole slaw was abit to sweet so I added a squeeze of lemon & then it was perfect. Should have asked for some crushed raw garlic would have made remoulade for fish tastier.
Overall we had a good time & will return.
