We happened upon this cute place as we were driving from Denver to Moab. The food was delicious and Kate was very friendly and helpful.

I had the cod po boy which was delicious and my husband had a salad which he also enjoyed

This is a small, unassuming place with good beer and very friendly service (and clean bathrooms). I’d love to go back and raft through the company next time we are passing through.

What a great spot to enjoy a cold brewski and take in not only the view but the rafting culture. Super friendly professional service. Indoor and out door seating. Walking distance to the river and they even have a little pool and playground for the kiddos. No beer brewed on site but the to have their own BCBC available as well as a variety of Colorado beers. It also looked to be mega popular with the folks as they finished up a day rafting the river. Camping on site as well! Pretty much the ultimate combo- rafting, camping, and sudskies!

I try to stop in once a year when I'm driving rafters during the summer. You need to hit this spot. They have a menu your taste buds will never forget. The ZUME FLUME poboy was my flavor of the day!

Good beers (and a few choice non-beer options, try the wine spritzer on a hot summer day!) and chill outdoor space right along Highway 285 between Salida and Buena Vista. The bar shares space with a multi-sport outfitter, Rocky Mountain Outdoor Center. Love the adventure vibe!!

Pucón Kayak Retreat

As a kayaker I was originally invited for a Browns Canyon Brewing Company beer after completing a swift water rescue course on the Arkansas River. It's cool to have a hangout spot to relive the day's adventures with both your friends and instructors. They invited us to return and use their parking lot when paddling Browns Canyon. Superior to the for pay park service lot across the Arkansas. No brainer after a Browns lap to drop in with friends and have a beer. The guides hanging out are full of useless funny knowledge. When not laughing they can advise you on a for pay adventure or do it yourself trip. Thank you Browns Canyon Brewing Company for the river access, and the good conversation over your Shred Session.

They don't even brew their own beer. It's brewed by Elevations just go there.

Of the 4 taps 3 are IPAs and mediocre ones at that.

I happen to know they don't purge their lines or clean out the taps either. So come here for off tasting beer, with no river view, and ambiance courtesy of road noise and and a cluttered property. The coolest part is their bartop which features bubbling and yellowed epoxy.

The genius of Browns Canyon Brewing cannot be overstated: go on an awesome adventure, learn new skills, exert yourself in the CO Rockies and wrap up the day by chatting up your guide over a couple of beers. Love this place!
