One star because of how rude our waiter Manuel was. We had a question about a $3.49 charge for sweet tea when it was part of a special for $19.99. He wasn’t making sense with how he explained it. So over a $3.49 charge which he did take off as he dropped off the new bill he made a smart@ss remark(don’t worry about leaving a tip I don’t need it) we actually tip very well but making a rude comment like that especially in front of my 6 yr old no problem dude thanks.

We are not from Alabama ,came to enjoy some food and drinks and watch Sunday night football.. the guy at the bar was great but he was the only one, as we was about to leave I happen to ask a waitress her name and what's around town to do. I was rudely interrupted by some other lady working there saying we made the servers feel uncomfortable by speaking to them. We never bothered any of them, never was rude it was literally just a general question. If being spoken to at a sports bar makes you feel uncomfortable then should definitely choose a different profession. I love Buffalo wild wings but I will never return to this particular establishment. Very rude/unfriendly staff besides the they guy behind the bar. Save your money and go elsewhere.

The ONLY reason this post even deserves one star is because we had the nicest waitress. This BWW needs to GET IT TOGETHER. Upon entering the restaurant you will stand around for 15 minutes while the staff looks at you and does not seat you. No hostess. We finally are seated and our food takes over 50 minutes, we received our appetizer after our food. It’s very clear the kitchen does not have it together. Food was cold. Also a HAIR was baked into my fries. The absolute WORST experience I have ever had in a restaurant. We had the nicest waitress, her service was great. Management and the kitchen clearly do not have it together. This is extremely sad, and BWW should be ashamed.

Today I ordered my usual. The girl who took my order was highly distracted and I was not confident it was going to be correct. I gave her my name twice and she had it wrong when I got there. Also, I had to repeat the order three times. She repeated back and said it would be 15-20 minutes. I had limited time - literally 10 minutes. I get there - 30 minutes after I called in the order- giving them time to have ready- and she informed that that the kitchen is on hold and it would be 30-45 minutes. I told her my time was limited because I had course I was taking at work literally 10 minutes to get back and this was unacceptable. She apologizes. I leave and everywhere is backed up for lunch. I decided to head back for my course and to call to complain to the MIA manager. I call and the call drops, I call back and she hangs up on me when she asks why I am calling and I told her I was calling to complain to the manager. I call back a third time and she tells me the food is ready 10 minutes later so I go back and three orders on the counter. She go tells the crowd in the lobby that they cannot help them and they leave. Then she doesn’t come to check us out but goes back to the kitchen and never comes back. I go to a waitress and she makes excuses for the girl and I asked for the manager. She said she would go get him but she doesn’t and I have to leave to get back to my coursework without lunch. I was in tears. I wasn’t able to get lunch. Very very disappointed in the service and I will never return. The lesson- my number should have been taken down like at Cracker Barrel take out, I should have been notified my order was on hold.

Upon arrival my guest and I were promptly seated then placed a drink order within minutes. A few moments later our server Jamie took our food order and it arrived within 13 minutes. The burgers we ordered were hot and freshly made with great presentation. The atmosphere was good as the music wasn't so loud as to drown our conversation. We also observed and learned about a new sport called slippery stairs on ESPN which was enjoyably funny to watch. I was very pleased with everything on this visit.

Great food and great service! Will fill you up quick. Definitely recommend the buffalo chicken tots. Their sweet tea is perfect too! Definitely a must come to. Will be a little pricey.
