1 star rating is too much. Waited 30 minutes for 6 boneless wings. They had 6 employees in the back and apparently 1 fryer to work with. The wings were horrible. The wings had so many feathers on them they could’ve flew out of the box on their own. Very Nasty. Can’t believe they would serve this to a customer. This store has no work ethic or standards. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Decided to give them a shot despite all of the horror stories people have shared. Waited an hour past my pickup time and received wings that still needed to be plucked, and celery that was rotten. Aside from still having feathers the wings were ok.

If I could give zero stars I would…
I Ordered a buffalo chicken wrap meal, plain cheeseburger meal, cheese curds and 6 wings. Picked up the order and everything was wrong. Cheeseburger had mayo, mustard and pickles, wings and fries all freezing cold, cheese curds only got 6, and to top it off got the insides for the wrap but no tortilla. I took the meal back and the gentleman told me he ran out of tortillas and asked me “what do you expect me to do” I asked for a refund and still have not gotten it. HORRIBLE ALL THE WAY AROUND.

We ordered our food at 9 am to be picked up at 2 10 pm. Walking in at 2:05pm, there was no food ready. We were in a hurry and needed to be somewhere within the next 20 minutes. I asked if the food was going to be ready soon, and a young employee said it was going to be another 15 minutes. I told her we were on a time crunch, and she said they are busy and they will get it right out. We sat down and waited. At 2:20 p.m., still no food and 10 minutes to get to our next stop. I stand up and walk over to find out how much longer it will be. The next employee tells me there are two people ahead of me. I explained that we ordered our food at 9 am and was expecting to be able to grab our food and go because our receipt told us it would be ready at 2:10pm. The employee gives me the "I understand your frustration, but..." speech then tells me that it doesn't matter when you order. If someone else orders and it says 2:10, then all the orders are going to wait. This makes no sense whatsoever. Another employee (I believe he was a manager) jumps in and gives me another, "I understand your frustration, but..." speech. I explain my plight again and walk away to wait as I hear this managing employee talking crap to the other employees very audibly after he instructs the crew to knock my order out. After another 5 minutes the young girl employee who was in charge of expediting the orders, walked up and tossed my order on the shelf without calling who's order it was like she did for all the orders expedited before mine.

I understand that it gets busy. I understand retail is hard. I also understand that when you give out service, that is shoddy and rude. Business goes away. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. It was the first time we tried this place and will be the last. Would not recommend.

Follow up: We got to our destination (late). The food was sub-par. The wings were 𝒐𝒌𝒂𝒚. The fries were hard, cold, and plain gross. Reading through the reviews of this particular location justifies my review. It's just terrible. I also did what the reply to my original review asked me to do by filling out the review form at the BWW website and requested for someone to call me. Never heard a word from anyone. So, the reply to these bad reviews is generic BS.

I should’ve read the reviews before ordering. We normally order from Wingstop but figured they have been open long enough now to work through all the kinks. I won’t be going here again. We ordered a few value meals for our family through the app and had it delivered. When the order arrived half of it was missing and the part we did receive was ice cold… and no it didn’t sit on my porch the delivery person rang our doorbell and handed it to me. The quality of food that we did receive was not good. The chicken was very rubbery and tough to chew. Bottom line save your money and go anywhere else to get wings.

I got the bacon BBQ burger. The burger was fine but the bacon was thick, rock hard and completely inedible. Sucks to pay a huge upcharge for bacon only for an employee to not care and send out trash bacon.

First time going to this location and yes there is a wait time so just be aware of that. It is obviously a “To Go B-dubs” so nothing surprising. Environment was okay, I think they should have cleaned the floor because there were food and a hair tie underneath the cash register area as well as the fountain machine. However, my food was overall good even though they gave me 5 boneless wings when I ordered 6 but no big deal, I get the employees were busy.

Do not order through the BWW website. Delivery driver waited for 50 minutes for an order, order got cancelled, and I was emailed the order was cancelled but no refund was issued-I was responsible for calling the store and resolving the issue. I tried to call multiple times and couldn’t reach anyone. When I went to the store, I was told it would take 14 days to receive a refund and my info was only taken down on the back of another receipt…so I asked if I could order different food that wasn’t out of stock. It’s crazy that the store can’t figure out how to list items out of stock on their own website or refund customers using the platform directly when these things happen. The girl working the register was very nice, but the system overall sucks.
