I saw Trevor about a month ago for balayage. I told him from the very beginning he would need to use at least a 30 on my hair even a 40 to get it lifted right. He didn’t listen and did a 25. Well long story short it turned out very very warm. He told me it was messed up and that I could come back to have him fix it. Also let’s make one thing clear. He forgot to do the whole right side of my head. So he knew that needed to be fixed too! So these pictures are from when it was FIXED! He just did the same color but more of it and added brown! The pictures don’t even show how bad it looks in person. My hair is straight up gold and bronze. I called to make a third appt since he said that would be ok if when I got home if it still wasn’t looking ok. I was told I had two weeks. Well when I made the third appt the soonest he had that we could meet was outside that two weeks. So they called me and said I would need to pay again. I had already paid over $400! Trevor treated me really badly when he called me. He said he was frustrated but I’m like why are you when you knew you messed it up from the beginning. He said he would only put a toner on it. I told him that wouldn’t work since it wasn’t lifted high enough, the blondes were still not going to match. So he got mad at me and I didn’t go in. Everyone at work tells me it looks like a band of two colors on my head. I also want to mention I paid for a haircut and he never even TOUCHED my ends at all!!!!!!!! I wanted to have many layers put in where are they? But he never even gave me a trim at my ends!!! The right side of my head still has only a percentage of highlights than the left. It’s a disaster. But to be treated like crap was what made me the maddest. I went to this salon forever but won’t be returning ever again. Sorry for the photos bombs but keep in mind this is with it fixed! And as the toner has washed out. Notice the one side with less highlights and the ends that were never cut at all!!

Linda is absolutley amazing! I found her about a year ago and have walked away loving my haircut every single time! She is very easy to work with and somehow manages to cut my hair exactly how I imagaine it every single time. Would highly recommend.

Seriously the best! I’ve been coming here for years! Rosalie is amazing and is able to always give me a great haircut even when the cowlicks and waves in my hair don’t want to comply! Could recommend Burman & Co more highly! The entire team is amazing, especially Rosalie Kelley!

I love coming here for my haircut. I’ve been going Burmans for a number of years now because I enjoy the attention to detail in trimming my hair. Plus everyone is very nice and wants to make sure you have a good experience. 110% recommend!!
