Have been using these guys for a long while yet, and spend a lot of money with them each month. 2 stars because their stock list online is almost always incorrect, and now they won't give you the specials that are in stock by text message. Just really really bad customer service and laziness on the order side of things. Delivery people are great. Its not that hard, do better please! Act like a real business..

Placed an order over an hour wait and got no updates on why the wait !Just unprofessional to run a business like that and for they're service to be called Californias best is a real joke I had to personally call them to see what the hold up was Just for them to inform me that the delivery persons car had broke down like I have things to do then Just unknowing to be waiting around for an order that was never going to show up and I doubt they was even going to call me to inform me with an update how do yall just have 1 car available makes no sense. I would recommend everyone to not order from this place.

They are always super respectful and prompt at responding to the text when trying to place an order! The tree is fire and I’ve tried at least 5 different kinds at this point! Delivery is fast and definitely can’t beat the prices! Love them!

My partner and I have both been ordering from California Patients Club for a pretty long time (years). I’m a disabled customer, and require a delivery service to make things easier. Each time I get into contact with California Patients Club, I request the specials that they have. I receive a list of the specials, often with mistakes and not updated with what they actually have in stock. Most recently yesterday. Why send customers a specials list with stock that you don’t have? It would take seconds to update the list before sending it off to the customer, and it would prevent the wasting of time that I have experienced on multiple occasions as a result of this.

I called/asked to speak to someone as a result of a delivery mishap yesterday. I’ve received no response while they text my partner specials/information pretty rapidly. He’s ordered from them many times before, as have I. Why is that happening? They are available to take an order but not to speak with a customer who needs to update information, and also wanted to place an order?

My phone number changed recently, and I missed CPC’s delivery because they were calling the old phone number that was deactivated. I had no idea that my iMessage works with my old phone number until this happened, and reached out to clear things up to make sure it’s never an issue again. I’m not a tech savvy person per say, and have since resolved the phone number issue. I have never missed a delivery, and I don’t like to waste anyone’s time. I haven’t heard from anyone to update my number or talk about my experience.

Regardless of all of this, after spending thousands of dollars here, I never expected anything like the customer service they provided in this situation. I was willing to deal with the inconvenience of having to figure out the menu with whoever works the phone, but not the lack of any response from someone when I am trying to place an order the following day as I was specifically told to do by the person I was texting from California Patients Club.

Very fast, in the San Jose area. I recently moved out here after being in The City for so long and eventually got back into recreational use. I like the fact that instead of the traditional 3Gram Eighths, they add an extra gram for the same price! Cheap, convenient, reliable. They are extremely fast compared to using apps like Weedmaps, Eaze, etc. These guys (& girls) show up under an hour every time! If you order in the morning (10:00am - 02:00pm) I’ve noticed that is when they do their fastest deliveries. Any order from that time frame would come under 30 minutes! Great place, great staff, and most importantly, GREAT WEED!
