The building is absolutely beautiful! The historic charm is unsurpassable. From reading other reviews sounds like prior to 2022 this was THE BEST.

STILL charming and beautiful interior. Lobby and guest area is cosy and inviting. Adjustable temp in room, TV worked and bathroom was clean.

Close to main street and parking area convenient.

CONS

Prickly and unfriendly staff on Saturday check-in (4:30 pm).
Needs TLC - Carpet dirty, mirrors filthy, bedspread not protected and filthy. Found hair in sheets first day...was late and just cleaned as best as possible to get to bed. Towels by sink had hair in them!!!

Prices reflect B&B but more of just continental breakfast. Since breakfast no longer part of package adjust prices

So I didn't actually stay at the hotel, I had a training for a new job that I just took and the trading took place in one of their conference areas. Turns out the whole building was an old high school and I mean old like from the 1800s. But not some crummy 1800s. No, this place is fabulous. If you have a love for turn of the century and earlier antiques and seeing the way they lived in those eras you do not want to miss the opportunity to come over the Carr Manor. It is unlike anything I've ever seen. Truly unique with a multitude of wonderful antiques that are still in pristine condition including the heating system and several other major turn of the century items, and I'm speaking turning of the 18th century into the 19th century. So it's pretty neat to see these things still in top-notch condition after all those years.

This hotel/bed & breakfast is absolutely wonderful. The owners are so sweet and accommodating and they take a lot of pride in this place and it shows. Our room was very clean and neatly prepared, the decor was awesome and gave us a glimpse into the history of Cripple Creek, and the breakfast is AMAZING. Best breakfast we have ever had at a B&B! We weren’t sure what to expect as this was our first time staying in Cripple Creek, but we will absolutely be back! We enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend! The ONLY downside is that there is no AC, but this is what is to be expected when staying in such a cool historical building and it wouldn’t keep us from staying again. We stayed in the heat of the summer (July) and the nice cool mountain breeze felt great from opening the windows. 10/10 highly recommend this beautiful B&B!

Carr Manor is unique. Each room has a story behind it.
The rooms are very clean and the bed is very comfortable.
We are hoping they will stay open when the Bronco Billy Hotel.
I so enjoy the very light breakfast.

Very Beautiful Manor! Rooms are very beautiful and historical. Like visiting a Victorian Home. Bed is very comfortable, no noise coming from the Casinos in town. The Staff there are very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is truly a wonderful experience. We look forward in coming back again. Thank you.😊

This place was great...old high school remade into a hotel. The room was FANTASTIC!! got it comped otherwise 400 a night is too much. But the place was beautiful and just AWESOME. Check in was 3pm and out was 11am. They have an open kitchen that has complimentary coffee and soda...we were hoping for breakfast. If your looking for romantic getaway from home.
