I was the first resident at Casa Blanca and recently moved due to a change in job. I truly enjoyed Casa Blanca and can’t say enough about the management. They were terrific and became like family. My apartment was really special~plenty of room and high end finishes and amenities.

Beautiful quiet clean safe comfortable place to live. Dina has gone above and beyond making sure my children and I have felt more than welcome here. Maintenance is always prompt, efficient and respectful. Absolutely zero problems here. This place really is a diamond in the desert!

I am so glad to find an apartment at Casa Blanca Coolidge. When entering the property it’s like a different world. I really appreciate how the management do their best to keep it looking good and they are so helpful. Dina and Kelly have been very professional and are always looking for ways to improve. I really love that it’s a smoke free property and it is enforced to the best of their ability. I would highly recommend Casa Blanca to those who are looking for a great place to live.

I lived at Casa Blanca apts. When they had just opened and moved out in December; relocating.
I did enjoy leaving there, the apartments wasn’t as big, but it has all the essentials one needs. I wish it had a balcony though, but it’s not as important. It’s a calm area, and Dina the manager is awesome! Very helpful and very approachable. Never had issues with her, her husband or any of my neighbors. Everybody stays in their own business.

The only downside I see is the price. I do consider the fact that the apartments are new and are the best ones in the Coolidge area, but it’s Coolidge. In my opinion they’re a little high just because of the area, but despite that, I loved it.

My family and I highly recommend these apartments. We have enjoyed our stay here at Casa Blanca Apartments. Dina is the manager for this complex and she is amazing! She is very helpful! My family and I appreciate the kindness Dina and her husband have given us and other tenants. Complex is kept clean and looking amazing!

I have been living in this apartment complex for the past month and it has been a fantastic experience. The manager, Dina, is incredibly helpful and always available to answer any questions or concerns I have. She is quick to address any maintenance issues and ensure that the property is well-maintained.

The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and clean. I love the updated appliances and finishes, which give it a luxurious feel. The complex also has a range of great amenities, including a fitness center and community events that make it easy to meet other residents and feel like part of a community.

One of the things I appreciate most about this complex is its location. It's situated in a quiet neighborhood, but still within easy reach of all the shops, restaurants, and entertainment options that I need.

Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and well-managed living experience.

Living here in general was a bad experience. Dina was constantly targeting my husband for everything. We usually left the weekends and wouldn’t come back until Sunday night and as soon as we would come back the noise complaints would start. I was literally at the apartment a couple days out of the week. My daughter has autism so it wasn’t that I would just “let her cry” or that we would just “let her do whatever she wanted”. They obviously don’t know what it’s like to have kids with special needs. To the guy that talked to me literally once has so much to say in a review but never talked to me more than once lol. He talked to me once and was mad because he said that Dina was bothering him about the noises. He said he didn’t mind but he said it was Dina bothering him about those noises. Dina has been very disrespectful towards my husband when talking to him every single time and if it wasn’t about the noises it would be about any other little thing. Y para toda la gente que sea hispana tampoco recomiendo rentar aquí , ya que los dueños son medio racistas.
