I would highly recommend not ordering from list location via a delivery app. We paid $63 for 3 bowls, only one had everything we asked for. One bowl was missing 3-4 ingredients and one of them was missing over half. The odd thing was all of the things we got skipped on were in the one correct bowl, so it just seemed like laziness. Not to mention they gave me a sauce cup with literally a 1/2 teaspoon of sauce in it. (Pics included)

I always get the super green base and tons of veggies on top, my bowl is usually super colorful. As you can see in my pics and video, there’s not a single green thing except for the tiny bit of Skug sauce I got and the salt brine pickles. They skipped both kinds of cucumber I ordered, multiple other toppings, as well as 2 of my 3 sauces. Just lame. I called and was supposedly refunded but that also never came through, and I’ve tried called during slow times to speak with the manager I talked to initially and haven’t been able to get ahold of him since it was initially delivered.

It did seem like it was going to be fixed but it’s been a while not and I haven’t heard back.

The yellow rice served was burnt and hard because they were scraping from the bottom of the serving bowl.
The staff does not know how the points system works if the receipt is logged in the app. In addition, they do not know the menu: I ordered a pita, and he attempted starting to build it in a bowl.
The tables are dirty and sticky (not wiped), and the bathrooms are dirty and out of paper towels.
The pita tasted good but was poorly wrapped and grease everywhere. They should implement bowls for dine-in orders for convenience.

We waited 15 minutes for the lamb meatballs and they were absolutely fantastic! The manager was very kind and understanding about my situation with the wait, but the wait was very well worth it! The other employees working, who all looked to be teenagers, were attentive and very respectful and happy to help. I’m happy that cared so much about the service and the quality that they brought to it as well. I’m not sure why people are leaving negative reviews, they are out of their wazoos! Will be coming back again very soon and bring the family who is coming in on vacation. If I could give ten stars I would!

I placed an order for pick up at 6:16 for a 6:30 pick up. We got there around 6:35, and I sent my daughter in to get our order. Unfortunately, our order wasn't ready. About 6:45 I went in to see how much longer. There were no more than 3 customers in line and the dining room was not busy. I waited with my daughter a couple of minutes before deciding to get in line to see if they could make my order while I stood there. The kid working told me that he couldn't make it, but the kids behind him had to make it. I could understand if they were busy, but they were back there laughing and screwing around. I was handed my meal at 6:49 and the bowls were not full and not worth the $30 I paid. So disappointed.

What a great way to end the week! During my lunch, I decided to stop by cava to give it a try. I was greeted with such kindness and enthusiasm. Unsure what to order in my bowl, the team kindly guided me through each station while offering for me to try the different ingredients before adding to my bowl. My experience from the beginning to the end was truly amazing.

I just had the BEST experience at CAVA thanks to an incredible team member named Bell! From the moment I walked in, Bell greeted me with the kindest smile and an amazing attitude. Not only was their service super quick, but they also took the time to explain the menu options and help me customize the perfect bowl. Their energy and positivity truly brightened my day!

Excellent food! I have been to this location several times in the last few weeks. The food and service have been wonderful and consistent under the new store management. The staff was terrific and kept a perfect flow during the busy dinner rush hour with all hands on deck. My favorite is the chicken and rice bowl, with so many delicious additions to choose from. I just love their teas.
