This is a wonderful store! They have everything and the lady that helped me, well we had a bit of a language barrier, but she was so nice and helpful! I ended up finding exactly what I was looking for at a REALLLLLY great price. Definitely earned a repeat customer here.

The women were rude. Zero customer service. And my receipt did not reflect the transaction and the cashier Esmeralda looked SHOCKED that I actually wanted my receipt. The prices also do not reflect an outlet tobacco store. Save your coin and go elsewhere!!

Well let's start with over pricing everywhere else I have bought cigars they run total price per carton 20.50 yours are 24.80 and I asked to have them order 2 cartons a week. So I guess the language barrier that I speak out of my mouth is worthless and the attitude I got from the girl behind the counter was enough for me to say NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER BE BACK. So to the owner you might want to consider someone who listens to the customer and the service they get should be better. I will go elsewhere to buy any of my products. Thanks sincerely.

The prices could be better as well as fhe service. If you need something quick, not to bad, because they do have just ABOUT everything. Was looking for Lost Mary Watermelon, they didn't have it. But hey....to each their own.....rite
