Great diner on the square!

Food was thoughtfully prepared.

The owner in the kitchen was cooking and putting forth legit skills, cooking talent and thought into the meals we received!

I had a Monte Cristo sandwich.
It was fantastic. Closest thing to a Benigens monte cristo that I’ve found.

It was a little soggy, but still delicious.

The sweet potato fires were a dessert with the secret marshmallow dipping sauce that came with them.
Divine.

My wife had a club sandwich, however, it did not come with frilly toothpicks, so I’m a bit confused as to how it can be a club sandwich without em.

Daughter had some sort of breakfast sandwich. It looked great! She loved it.

Probably the best place in town. I plan on making this a go to when my daughter attends Harding.

Best decision we made walking in the doors. We ordered the layered scramble. Everything but the kitchen sink on the plate. The biscuits were tucked under eggs, veges, hashbrowns, sausage, bacon. On top the most delicious gravy we have ever eaten in a restaurant. The roux was browned to perfection and not too thin or thick.
When the waitress brought the plates, one for each of us, we couldn’t believe the portion size. I am no exaggerating that it could have fed four adults. Excellent!
The cafe was inviting and filled with veterans dining together.
We will definitely go back

Had a great experience here. The stuffed French toast is wonderful. The biscuits are homemade. Get the buttermilk syrup, it's surprisingly good.

Service is excellent.food even better. The strawberry cream cheese stuffed French toast is the best I have ever had. I need someone to tell me how they make their biscuits. Its a good thing it’s over an hour from my house or I would eat here every day!!

Santa Barbara and Single Smash burger were delicious. Sweet potato fries woth the marshmallow dip was amazing. Was our first time and we will definitely be back. We also had a coffee float which was phenomenal!

11/10 WILL ALWAYS RECOMMEND!! The food Delectable. The people Delightful. The music? Shmackin. The portions? RIDICULOUSLY GOOD!! How often do you go to a quality breakfast place and bring home leftovers for less than $30 including a standard tip
I’m super picky about white gravy, but it was so good on the country fried steak I had!! Their chocolate gravy is also so yummy (picture for texture) if you’re into that, and their biscuits are crazy hefty. Their ice is also the super good crunchy Chic-Fil-A-like ice (another picture for reference lol) I can’t say enough good things about this place. Our waiter was also super charismatic and nice!! He was a man with cool swoopy hair, blue eyes, and a bunch of awesome colorful tattoos!! Thank y’all so much for being such a nice place!! (Also if y’all ever wonder why the flapjack challenge is a thing, order one and it’s very apparent lol they’re bigger than a full size plate)

Great breakfast food. Home cooked, homemade biscuits, huge, hubcap, pancakes, great fresh squeezed, orange juice, and the ambience you expect from a small town diner. I remember going to this location as a child when it was a little greasy spoon restaurant that had been open for decades. It was kind of a Searcy icon, but I’m going to say that the new and improved restaurant has accomplished the same status as an icon. Family restaurant with a family vibe and great service. I highly recommend you give this one a try.
