The service department was outstanding. I took my Cub GTX2000 in due to starting issues and the battery wasn't charging. They kept me informed of the issues and their recommendations. They allowed the decisions to be made by me, not trying to sell me something that wasn't needed. Bottom line, my Cub has never run so well and it starts every time. Thank you Clermont County Equipment, I will continue to be a loyal customer.

Tried for a week to get a hold of a sales person. Left two voicemails, called daily and sent two internet messages. I tried to buy local in Milford. They must have more business than they can handle. I could only imagine frustration if someone needed service.

I took my cub cadet to Claremont equipment for service it was running and just needed to be serviced. When I got it back it wouldn’t start. I took it back and spent more. And then when I tried to use it the belt came off. I took it back and spent more again. I got it back and the belt came off again. All of this should he an all been addressed on the first service. Multiple trips later I still doesn’t work. I went in to talk to them about all of this and they told me they had been having issues in their service department and they would have someone call me. I never received a call back. I even offered to trade my mower for a new one. No call back. Very poor service. I then went and bought a John Deere.

Dropped off a Stihl MS291 chainsaw for repair. Received a call stating it needed a new carburetor and tune up, which is what I expected. The price quoted was outrageous so I declined and stated I’d be by to pick it up. A week later I receive another phone call stating that there’s scouring on the pistons and that the saw is shot and unrepairable. I go to pick up my saw and was informed that while they were replacing the carburetor, they found that there was scouring on the piston, although I never agreed to a repair. Why were they digging into the motor while replacing the carburetor? Something’s not right and I feel as if they’re not being very transparent.
