Great & clean hotel. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was good. 10/10 would recommend. Charlie & staff welcomed me when I came in. They filled me in on all times & amenities. The hotel itself feels brand new. Lots of toiletries & towels were in the bathroom.

The customer service desk is so polite and friendly. They are very nice for every situation. Had the best evening of our trip. The beds are like clouds. It’s like a spa away from home. So clean. We could relax and rest. Thanks Cobblestone for the best hospitality ever.

The hotel was solid -- good sized rooms, very pet-friendly, with one of the few accessible roll-in showers in this part of the country. Breakfast was ok but sparse. Two negatives: No elevators (is that even legal for a 2-story hotel?). And Eads is really out there, with next to no dining options, esp on a Monday night.

My stay at Cobblestone Inn and Suites in Eads, Colorado, was disappointing.

The bathroom in my room was in poor condition. The fan cover wasn’t installed and was left on the countertop, the tile was cracked and coming loose, and the drain stopper was dirty with hair and left sitting on the edge of the tub. The water pressure was very weak, and it was difficult to get the temperature right. To make matters worse, the toilet seat lacked a proper lid, which felt unsanitary as things could easily fall in, and flushing caused splashing.

Breakfast was about what you’d expect from a hotel in this category—nothing special.

A major issue was that other members of my party booked a double queen room but were told upon arrival that only a king bed was available. This forced them to share a bed, which was inconvenient and frustrating, especially since the hotel appeared to be nearly empty.

Overall, the poor room conditions and lack of customer service made for a disappointing stay. I wouldn’t choose this location again unless significant improvements are made.

The rooms and venue was nice and clean.
The only issue we had, for the breakfast in the morning.
At check-in we were told breakfast was from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. there was also a sign on the wall behind the counter saying the same thing. Yet for the two mornings we were there, breakfast was delayed until 7:00 a.m..

Several people came through between 6:00 and 7:00, only to get cold cereal, fruit and toast.

Finally at 7:00 the food came out, Cold eggs and cold sausage. No microwave to heat it up. And when somebody asked what time breakfast was supposed to be, the Guy putting out the breakfast said 7, then the girl said why in the hell does the sign say six then, and why we retold six at check-in.

He had no response.

Trust me when I say if you have to stay at the cobblestone inn, you will be pleasantly pleased, the place is cozy and comfortable,our room was very clean the only thing I have to complain about was the musty smell upon entering the room but, it was so clean and had new towels and linen no hair anywhere no funkiness at all !! So glad we found this little gem 💎 ✨️ you will be to..and, the front desk attendant was very professional so, thank you cobblestone you out did your selves and please let your housekeeping staff know they are doing a great job;)
