What an amazing team of people! We used Cocktail Caravan for our wedding and they went above and beyond! We are so pleased by the way Crystal took time to get to know us and figure out how to best serve our guests before the wedding. Our guests loved the drinks that were made made and I don't remember a moment where any glass was empty.

We specifically loved both Ty and Braden. They not only made fantastic drinks but also made it a point to connect with our guests. By the end of the night they a loyal fan base, requesting drinks exclusively from them. I can't complement the whole team enough!

They make the absolute best mixers and I love that we can make a quality mixed drink at home with little to no effort...they even recommend which alcohol to use with each mixer! The mixers taste super fresh and we love stopping by the Boulder Farmers Market to grab another unique flavor.

I found Cocktail Caravan in 2020 and subscribed to the first ever Community Supported Cocktails back during the summer of 2020. I can't say enough good things about this team! I am amazed with how they handled this pivot and their impressive customer service. I am allergic to ginger and they would check to see if we would want to swap the mixer with ginger with another one.

Our pro-tip if you don't want to go through a mixer in a week, is to split it into smaller jars and freeze. It is awesome to be able to take out 1-2 servings when friends come over and be able to offer such a high quality drink!

Lastly, when I was searching for wedding venues - we kept hitting dead-ends or problems. I messaged the Cocktail Caravan team on instagram to see if they had any recommendations since I know that serving at events is how they started and something they continue to do. They asked me for my e-mail and sent me a list of venues - some I hadn't even heard of. This team just goes above and beyond! We will forever be supporters of them!

We had the pleasure of having Ty as the bartender at our event through Cocktail Caravan, and he absolutely exceeded our expectations! Ty set up all the equipment in a timely manner. Cocktail Caravan has this adorable setup—complete with a charming umbrella and tasteful decor.

But what really stood out was Ty’s friendly and attentive service. He made every guest feel special, engaging with everyone in such a warm and genuine way. Whether it was crafting delicious cocktails or offering personalized drink recommendations, Ty was on top of everything, ensuring no one had an empty glass for long. He handled everything with a smile and truly contributed to the fun and relaxed vibe of our event. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill with such a personable approach, but Ty did just that.

Now, the cocktails. THEY WERE DELICIOUS! We were able to modify some and customize the name of the cocktails. If you’re looking for bartending services that go beyond just serving drinks and add a unique and adorable touch to your event, I can’t recommend Cocktail Caravan enough.

We worked with Jae at Cocktail Caravan to create a wonderful bar experience at our wedding. The cocktails were a hit! They served the Fresno Fresca (watermelon, lemon, lime, and ginger) with Mezcal and a basic coin margarita. Guests chose between salt and tajin rims. They also served beer, wine, and other random liquors from the bottles we had on hand. There was a steady flow of water and iced tea. Our non-drinkers were able to partake in the magic of the Fresno Fresca by drinking it with club soda instead of liquor. The bar tenders were very friendly. We elected to use "bandit" the bicycle bar. Oh it added so much cuteness! From the consultation to the liquor order, Jae was ON IT. She has this down to an art. We didn't get to meet her in person unfortunately, but we very much enjoyed working with her. I should mention the crazy wind and rain that transpired throughout the night. Cocktail Caravan did not seem phased by it. Everything ran smoothly.

Such a great experience working with Cocktail Caravan! Throughout the planning stage, Emily was so incredible with her guidance and thoroughness. And then at the event itself, the bartenders (Colin, Olivia and Emily) were so engaging and fun. We will always look to use them for future events. 10/10 recommend!

This is our 5th time using Cocktail Caravan for our annual pool party and as always they are spectacular! They take care of everything from setting up a stylish bar, to curating the perfect drink menu, and coordinating the liquor order for us. Every bartender we have ever had has been friendly, professional and their service is above and beyond (even bringing drinks to guests in the pool so the don't have to get out.) 🙂 We will use them again and again and I'm always looking for another reason to hire them.

They were FANTASTIC. They were quick to respond to emails, reasonably priced comparative to other companies, very friendly, and very flexible. The bartender they sent was AMAZING, she was super kind and easy to work with.

Their system helped ensure that planning the event was not stressful, and information was provided in a way that was easy to understand.
