Where to start.?
Moved in November 2017, place was horrible and completely dirty. It took us 7 complete days to clean everything from carpets, window sills, bathrooms and kitchen. We did a walk through and she marked everything as "OK" and promised to be back to fix things such as light fixtures that were still in the box, nonworking outlets, outlet covers, stove, an bring us a new fridge since the one in the unit wasn't working. She brought us the fridge a MONTH after not having one and then as she dragged it, she broke a peg so we had a loppy fridge. The light fixtures were NEVER done. We did the outlets and put on covers out of our pockets. When Rebecca was off the narcotics and was going to NA she was good at keeping up with things and was very understanding of situations. We provided a 30 day notice with intent to vacate and cleaned that place better than we left it and even had a few other tenants help with cleaning but the charges they charged us after moving out was insane. As much as we did for that apartment and leaving it 140% cleaner than before was infuriating. The new "managers" will claim anything to keep the deposit. They gave us 270 or our 950 deposit. Oh and this place is INFESTED with roaches. They act like they are doing something with pest control but they never follow up with a second round until the masses complain again about the infestation. This place is DISGUSTING. The only good thing is it is somewhat of a close neighbor family dynamic. Avoid if at possible.

WARNING! It took them months to give me a functional shower and I moved into a filthy apartment then tried to have things fixed but the tweaker slumlord never gets around to anything because she is too busy gossiping to all the tenants about other tenants.The buildings are full of roaches. When we moved out and left the apartment 100x better than when we moved in, the slumlord only gave us a fraction of our deposit and charged us for things we never had. Worst person I ever rented from and I have rented from some super shady people but Rebecca takes the cake. Worst kind of person. If she was replaced with a real landlord the place wouldn't be so bad. Decent location and right next to college.

Main Management (Ms. Rothatsnotit) in 2014-2016-is courteous and helpful, Rules are in place for Children's safety- parents or responsible Adult must be with children at all times. Pool rules same. Rules clearly spelled out in lease and posted by pool, No skateboards, roller skates or riding bicycles on the walks- things repaired with in 24 hours of getting parts usually with in 72 hours. The apartments are within walking distance of a convenient store, burger place and Yuba College; mile and 1/2 from Walmart,Food max, Hotels and fast food. The neighborhood itself is not the greatest but because of management no shenanigans is tolerate long on the complex and it has a No elicit drugs policy. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom-

This place is getting better and better everyday.. Good little community of families? more help with landscaping and repairs..
A better spirit all around.. 6 miles from Beale's Doolittle Gate. Right behind Yuba College, Walmart close by..
The best part of living there for me was my neighbors with Young kids.. we all looked out for each other.. I see njoyed a nice community..

New management does work a lot on making the place look better..
Despite the history of the place (I've heard) would seem to be getting more and more on track..

There's nowhere for our children to play, No storage, terrible air circulation, ugly tile in bottom apartments, management believes they are babysitters and have implemented a curfew as well as fallows your visitors around stalking them.

When we moved in the place was TRASHED. Nothing was clean. I had to clean out the leftover paint that was stained onto our sink in the kitchen. Our shower wasn't hooked up and it took Rebecca 3 months to hook our shower up and then she had the audacity to use her crank addiction as an excuse to why she didn't want to go up there to install it. Our showers were filthy when we moved in. She is a thief and took most of our deposit away while I know we left that place SPOTLESS compared to when we moved in. She also religiously discriminates against others who don't have a like-minded belief system. Complete slumlord.
