Missed my court date for No Trespassing ticket, Lucky for me attorney
"Tom Nelson" called Marshalls office made arrangements for me to sign PR Bond , Marshall's along with other members of court seem to be efficient,& precise working together in a timely manner unlike Texas Courts. My only complaint; i wished they received me as well as my service dog "Bella" 🤧

I was wondering why does a goverment have reviews. I quickly realized why after waiting 25 minutes in line at the information desk just for them to say " I dunno" to if I can pay a parking ticket in person. The police officer at the exit knew more than the person who's job is literally to know these things.
This place is also a maze.

These judges are corrupt they will not review your evidence. Its their court and their rules no justice taking place in this corrupt place good luck winning of you want to contest a ticket!

The people here are actually really friendly , especially the guy at the entrance . the court reporter is not as friendly ..maybe a bad day for her ?

If you think the court date on the ticket is the day you can go and dispute your ticket, wrong. The date on the ticket is there for you to go into court just to schedule a date when they actually allow you to dispute it. The process is designed to waste your time so that you give up and pay the ticket. Ive disputed a ticket out of state and the process was 15 minutes. At this location i spent two hours with no resolution and was charged extra for court fees. Just pay the ticket and dont waste your time with these scammers.

Third day visiting from Texas and already got swindled out of $31.25 from the city. Parked my long bed F350 dually on a non busy road on Easter Sunday. Backed in of course as not be rude and have my long bed sticking out blocking traffic. Bed was over dirt and far away from pedestrian sidewalk. Paid $5 for my meter. Comeback and found a $50 parking ticket. I go to the courthouse the next day and paid $1.25 to park. In the courthouse I was told that the ticket was because I backed into my spot and that’s against city ordinance. Not posted anywhere of course (Tourist trap!). Tourist are suppose to know I guess. Fine reduced to $25 as in their view they did me a favor. Also, lady at the coffee shop said that holidays parking is free but the meters takes your money and you have to gamble on wether or not Easter is a city recognized holiday. Definitely a learning experience.

The contradictions that are allowed in this court by the city attornies/city officers are laughable. When one cop contradicts them, and the the 2nd officer contradicts the other cop and the city attorney it's laughable. When the quality of picture evidence is not the same the defence is given as to what is provided to the court. Officers can now identify a car from 1 picture of.just a plate and say it belongs on another car. When one officer doesn't know about things that would have been taught during the training, but doesn't have to provide evidence of that training.

This may have provided many examples of why the respect of the cspd and courts has gone down over the past few years. I remember when I moved here the cspd was one of the best departments in the state, and in several surrounding states and had plenty of people apply for jobs.

I get a parking ticket, the website provided on the ticket does not work, I found the correct website, the ticket isnt registered in the system, I call the muni building, spoke with someone and they could not locate my ticket, and told me it may take up to 5 days for it to process in their system. On the front of the ticket it says "Failure to answer this complaint within 7 days will result in a $5 late fee being added to the fine and may result in immobilization or towing of the vehicle or the issuance of a summons and complaint" So really it is misleading and I have 2 days to pay it.
