Came here for few years. Started with Julia and she was amazing - great skills and customer service. Was not easy to book. Even with other stylists; I always walked out satisfied. Good pricing as well. But the last visit a day ago was horrible. Got a director level stylist. It was welcoming at first but the works were not up to par. She did not take feedback very well. Imagine this. If your customer told you that she did not like how you curled their hair, it’s only took less than 10 mins to fix. Instead of fixing that, you told your customer to walk under the snows to let the hair fixed itself; serious? Worst, you left bunch of dyes on your customer hairline and then charged them $230++ for simple coloring and cut. I read the reviews today and found that another customer has the same issue with the same director but the response from the salon was basically blew it over. Regretted to tell a friend that this is a great place the week before. Your salon used to have great customer service; what’s happened?

Julia is AMAZING! She is super talented! She did haircuts for my daughter and turned beautiful for her hair type (thin, blond, straight). After her haircut, the hair looked healthy (no more split ends), and the shape fitted the lifestyle. ❤️ Thank you, Julia, see you soon!

I had a Brazilian blowout from Emily, and she was incredibly kind and amazing! She was so easy to talk to and is an outstanding stylist. The salon is super friendly and one of the best places I've ever been to!

I cannot rave about Jordan enough! She did the most beautiful copper bayalage ever! Truly stunning. I have had numerous compliments. For someone so young she is filled with massive talent.

I made an appointment with Brooke and I am SO glad I did. As soon as she introduced herself, I felt incredibly welcome in the salon. She took the time to listen to me about what I wanted and was upfront about how much it would cost. I enjoyed talking to her and getting to know her while she did my hair. Truthfully, I was having a hard week and her kindness made me feel free to talk about it. I felt like I had both a therapy session and a hair appointment! When I got to my car afterwards, I felt this wave of relief. I absolutely loved my hair and I felt better about the week I was having. I would recommend Brooke to anyone, and I will definitely be back!!! Thank you Brooke 🙂

I had the most beautiful blonde color done today. Last time I had it done lasted a very long time as well. Oh, next to me redhead, left with a beautiful color as well.. this is a very nice smaller salon. No chemical smells or lots of loud noise and dryers going all at the same time.

Always beautiful results at Colourbar. The service is always exceptional starting with the hair wash and scalp massage, always finished with a gorgeous blow dry, and I’ve never been disappointed with the hair service itself (I’ve done haircuts, color, Brazilian blowout, balayage). Highly recommended!
