Yo pagué mi bill vía internet 100.00 y 75..00 en la oficina y me mandaron una tarjeta roja con orden de corte y me cobran 14dolars más que porque cuando pagas por tu banco se tardan más en recibir el pago pretextos no les faltan para cobrar más ya de por sí es muy caro

Worst utility system ever, the customer service is incompetent, and Ive had a pink slip delivered in between the neighborhood mailboxes instead of my door. Colton utilities really need to be reshaped because they are absolutely ridiculous. If I can give it zero stars I would.

This government agency is the most corrupt supposedly city of Colton (the taxpayers), yet the majority is China owners...
The agency often raises fees and cost for any assistance programs it's a once a year one time help.

Corrupt is within Big Time.

Worst company ever! We have had two power outages in the last 3 weeks! First one was 45.5 hours long and the second one was 9 hours why is this happening No reimbursement for last food they won't answers our questions! You need to fix these issues and stop leaving people in the dark without power for so long. I have an infant child this is NOT ACCEPTABLE!

I have called the utility company multiple times over the last 4 months. They leave me on hold for at least 45 minutes at a time. Sometimes it just disconnects me completely. When asked at the end of the call if there is anything else I kindly have told them that it is frustrating being on hold for so long. EVERY TIME their answer has been people in the office are sick with COVID haha. I don’t know if they are working out of the Wuhan Lab or they just need to train the employees to use a different excuse but either way it’s super frustrating.

Daniella has very bad customer service, she was supposed to call me back 3 days after out initial conversation of a reread but I had to call back 2 weeks later and she said she “forgot” still til this day I’m waiting on a piece of mail she was supposed to send over a month ago. She must have “forgot” again. This is terrible customer service and her manager should look into this because I wonder how many other customers she’s forgetting about.

No one answers. Ever.
I call at multiple times of the day everyday. Our bill is 5 times the amount and we used less electricity than we ever have this month. All I want to do is talk to someone and I just get left on hold for 45 minutes and then it disconnects me. Super frustrating.

Linda is absolutely unprofessional, emotionally unstable, and rude. If she is the representative on your line, just ask to be transferred because she will likely not be of any assistance. Her tone was off putting and condescending. I simply called to stop service and she was less than professional. It’s upsetting when dealing with people who choose to work in customer service and don’t posses the care, quality assurance and tact to do that.
