My husband and I went out for a much needed date night to Cork & Board and we had so much fun! It was a perfect day so we sat on the patio and our server was Sara. She is awesome and provided such stellar service to make our date special. The owners were super friendly and you can tell that everyone takes great care and pride in what and how they serve their guests. We split the meat & cheese board and the baguettes with olive oil. Both were delicious, and the board was a thoughtfully curated selection of tasty, unique items. We also split a bottle of Chardonnay that was fantastic. Bob the Wine Guy was so knowledgeable and delightful to chat with. We had an excellent time and will be back again very soon! Thanks for the great experience!

We wandered in on a brisk January day, and the owner Scott made us feel instantly welcome and so comfortable! It’s not an intimidating type of wine bar, but rather like sitting in your friend’s living room if your friend knew everything about wine. Bob, the sommelier, is so approachable, funny, and extremely knowledgeable about the wine list, of which I haven’t seen the like of for a very long time, especially not in such a small town. The food was exceptional – the Hunter’s Board had venison, boar and elk as well as house-made pickled vegetables and wonderful cheeses. I can’t say enough about what a wonderful experience it was to celebrate our anniversary at this wonderful place!

This place is an absolute gem. We stayed around the corner at an Airbnb and walked here several times over Christmas. Bob and Josh made it feel just like home and it was great to talk wine and travel with these guys. I can very highly recommend Cork and Board when in Pagosa.

Although I've only been once so far, this will definitely be a spot that I frequent. The atmosphere is cozy and friendly, and the wine list is so impressive - especially for a little town like Pagosa. So many tasty options.
Staff is friendly without being overbearing and seems very knowledgeable. Definitely a gem in this little town.

My mom and I are in Pagosa for a long weekend, and are both avid charcuterie lovers, so we were immediately very excited to discover Cork and Board. We loved the open seating and the homey, comfortable feel of the restaurant. There was a great atmosphere. We ordered both the Classic board and the Hunter’s Game board, as well as two rounds of the hot mulled apple cider since it was so good! We absolutely loved both boards and had a great selection of unique meats, cheeses and accoutrements that were different from any charcuterie boards we have encountered in the past. They were both wonderfully rustic and “mountain-y” takes on the classic charcuterie.m board. We were served by Josh, who was absolutely outstanding and wonderful to talk to, and we also got to talk with Scott, one of the founders and owners. We absolutely loved our experience and food and would definitely come back!

Locals and tourist all blend in here nicely. Thank you for putting up with me and my large iPad so that I could watch Sunday football while my lovely and understanding wife enjoyed slush beverages, cheese and wine.

Staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. They politely upsold us on the exotic meats tray which was such a treat. We aren't huge wine drinkers but there were sangria slushes (seasonal) so that we could blend in wine orders here and there.

This is a must return for us when we head back to Pagosa.
