I was a bride from Texas doing a destination wedding in Alaska. I put my faith and trust in Costa Brava Bakery to deliver my dream wedding cake. Rebecca superceded my expectations in both looks and taste. She is not only a master of her craft but also helped me with non bakery related questions. Rebecca is professional, prompt, kind and such an AMAZING baker! I only wish we lived there to try more of her baked goods.

Rebecca's cakes and deserts are out of this world! I recently ordered a wedding cake and desert table from her for my daughter's wedding. Rebecca was easy to work with, and very careful to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. We did. The cake and all of the desserts were perfection!
We wanted a very simple cake, and she made it not only simple, but elegant. It was also the BEST lemon tart cake I have ever had in my life!

Rebecca made our wedding cake and it was absolutely DELICIOUS! I wanted something simple, elegant, chocolatey, and gluten free that also incorporated our wedding flowers. We couldn't have been happier with it. She is very reliable and easy to work with. We are also a huge fan of her cupcakes!

I wanted cupcakes for a special birthday and immediately thought of Costa Brava. I have been following their Facebook page for a while, drooling over their creations. Rebecca is terrific to work with and described her signature flavors to me. The birthday girl decided on Millionaire Cupcakes with half vanilla and half chocolate cake. They were beautiful, delicious and oh-so decadent. My only regret is not ordering a bunch of extra cupcakes, as we would have gladly indulged on seconds and thirds. They were that good! Can’t wait to try her other flavors. Highly recommended.

Rebecca is redefining what small-town Alaskan bakeries can be! She made the most delicious cake for our wedding. She is super easy to work with and has such a high attention to detail that the cake came out exactly as we hoped. The look was unique and elegant, and the taste was so good that most people went back for seconds. If you are looking for a beautiful one of a kind cake for your special day Costa Brava is the best choice in the Upper Lynn Canal and maybe all of Alaska!
