The Crate & Barrel store at Park Meadows Mall is a great place to shop for home furnishings. They have a wide selection of everything from furniture and décor to kitchenware and linens. A real plus is that the Crate & Barrel Kids section is conveniently located within the larger store, which makes shopping for both adult and kid spaces much easier. In the kids' area, they have a nice selection of rockers and cribs on display. It's so helpful to be able to see these pieces in person, sit in the rockers, and get a feel for the cribs before making a purchase. During my visit, Rony was incredibly helpful. He was knowledgeable, patient, and even gave me fabric swatches to take home to help with matching colors in the nursery. Overall, I had a great experience at Crate & Barrel, especially in the kids' section. The quality of the merchandise seems very good. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.

Spent over 4,000.00 in mid-November for sofas we were told were standard, in-stock items, and would arrive by the end of December and possibly even before Christmas. Never heard anything again from Crate & Barrel! Today is January 9, 2025 and we went online and did some digging and found that our sofas have been ready for scheduling delivery. Why no notification from Crate & Barrel No call, no email, no text. So our sofas have just been sitting in a warehouse and we could have had them sooner. Horrible way to treat customers.

I ordered two chairs in October and was told I would have them by December 14 (2024). After zero communication and tracking online myself, they showed that they were scheduled for early January, then late January, and now early February. I cannot get a refund for the order they collected my money for 4 months ago even though no one can assure a delivery date and blame the manufacturer for it. If you sell these items, take responsibility and provide proper customer service Crate & Barrel.
Don't order Apero Swivel Chairs if you hope to have them.

Pretty disappointed with my experience from the other night. I came in knowing I was going to purchase a chair. I found the one I wanted and proceeded to go up to the counter to order it. The worker standing behind the counter was extremely unhelpful for someone working I assume for commission. I had several gift cards that I was going to be applying to my order. He then told me that i needed me to go onto my phone and go to their website to check each gift card balance and tell him what the amount was of each so he could then run the card. I asked if he could check on his end since I had 7 gift cards and having to manually enter all of those card numbers and scratch off numbers was going to take forever. He told me “no I can’t do that”. Okay whatever I went online and manually did that for him. I then asked him if he could show me the actual samples of the different colors and fabrics to choose from to see which fabric/color I would like to order. He then also told me “we don’t have that”. You can literally look around the store and see the options of fabrics they have for any of their pieces of furniture. I don’t know, it just was a very unpleasant experience for someone spending over $1000 with you guys. Even if he didn’t have samples he could’ve at least tried to show me something similar around the store. It seemed like he didn’t want to have to leave the counter or really help us at all.

We have been working with Tanya (interior designer at C&B - Park Meadows) to help design our space and are super happy with what she has come up with so far! (We’re doing one room at a time.) She is super pleasant to work with and is always happy to change things up. Can’t wait to see what she comes up with next!

As a person of color, it really doesn't feel good when you walk through the store and not a single staff member greeted us or asked if we needed assistance. Then when you observe everyone else, you see that only certain people are being helped.

As we made our way to the front, my mom asked an employee if we could checkout here (near the bedding area) and the person said yes. However, through the whole transaction she was distracted, didn't make eye contact and just made it seem like we were a nuisance. At the end of the day, money is money. You shouldn't judge customers based on appearance.

If you’re a person of color or just a young person who doesn’t dress in designer please stay away from this store! Twin and I went in last weekend to look at a kitchen aid mixer. Made it maybe 10ft into the store before we were followed around by one of the employees. We’re white but were not dressed in designer and I noticed that all the white people dressed nicely were constantly being asked if they needed help, but every person of color in there was ignored. My twin liked the mixer but because of the way we and the people of color in that store were treated she will be purchasing it somewhere else. Please do some training or something to combat the racism and classism your employees perpetrate.

Rosa, a C+B Designer, answered my phone call yesterday when I called to inquire about a specific item and whether it was in-stock. Rosa went above and beyond to not only look up the item to check stock levels, but she actually "got eyes on it" as it was possible there may only be one left. I previously had a nightmare situation involving C+B in Cherry Creek and the exact same item I had ordered for pick-up at the store. When I explained this to Rosa, she apologized and made sure the item was ready for me to pick-up the same day. I will be back soon as I will be re-doing my living + dining spaces in my house and you can bet I will be working with Rosa. Thank you so much!
