Why would I come back: We've been coming to Crystal Springs for years, glad to see the tap room at the production facility is open. Great live edge bar with a small CSBC's journey began over two decades ago from a simple homebrew experiment inspired by the founder's son. The brewery prides itself on small-batch brewing (2 barrel and 15 barrel), allowing for a creative and adaptable approach to beer-making. It honors historical roots by taking its name from the original Crystal Springs Brewing and Ice Company in Boulder, founded in 1875. The company focuses on crafting a variety of year-round beers distributed in six-packs, alongside continually experimenting with new recipes for their taproom releases. Crystal Springs also has a cute tap room in downtown Louisville.

Great place with friendly people around. Dogs are OK if they are well behaved. Tasty beer for all tastes.
Prices are standard, 6.00 for a pint.

Update...
Best place in Louisville with people with dogs. I was thrown out from Growler in Louisville just asking if the dog was welcome. Crystal Springs is a very nice establishment, as a pro beer taster I recommend. Support businesses in Louisville.

Nate was a huge refreshing breath of fresh air. Great beer selection and he even bust out Mario Kart for us to play. Met some cool people in the process. Oh and they're open earlier than everyone else nearby. Thanks for the great experience!

If you haven’t had a chance to try beer from CS, I recommend stopping in at the Louisville taproom or Louisville tech center brewery. If you’re an IPA, Belgian or Stout fan, this is your place to try some amazing beers. With a year round offering that will keep any beer snob happy, Crystal Springs really excels at the limited releases and seasonal beers. Besides amazing beer, the history and thought into each beer name is a compliment to the quality. Grab a slice of pizza after quenching your thirst!

Great times, and great beers here! Fun, family like feel at either location in Louisville. The tech center location has pizza, wings, locally made Bavarian pretzels. A game room with free air hockey and foosball where u can watch all the brewing action.
Both places feature 13 taps, some are the same and some are different between locations, as well as house made root beer. Each beer is fantastic, in it's own right, consistent (except yearly releases, like the chili beer, and barrel aged!), and refreshingly delicious.
All there beers are worth drink, and drink some more.

The staff was so great! One of the owners was there and she took the time to chat with our goup of six to make sure that we were enjoying our time. After having a few laughs, she gave some popcorn and pretzels! One of the bartenders then came up and gave us extra cookies to share! The food was tasty. The beers were good. The atmosphere is cozy. You can check out their brewery equipment -- it's all right there!
