Once again, venue rental from Comedy Works South exceeded my expectations. This was my second time renting the Curtis Ballroom for a business-related event. The team was so prepared, and I especially loved their additional touches of signage (and there was even signage inside the elevator next to the 3rd floor button).

Alec was excellent at helping us with all AV needs and was very attentive and accommodating.

Tiffany was thorough and also accommodating when our team needed a separate space to “hide” our models prior to their segment.

We got lots of compliments on the food and many people mentioned how nice the venue was.

All in all, we had another excellent event and will definitely be utilizing them again in the future!

Our bar mitzvah party at the Curtis Ballroom was a great success. Matt helped me with all the planning details, answered all my questions, suggested some additional special touches as we planned together. On the day of the event, I knew I was in good hands and was so excited to see that they executed my vision perfectly while I was busy with our ceremony. The food was great, and the waitstaff were efficient and helpful all night long. 10/10 would book again!

My husband and I celebrated our marriage with friends and family at the Curtis Ballroom last June. Tiffany was a wonderful coordinator and went above and beyond in suggesting ideas for how to make the occasion special. All of the staff was incredibly sweet and kind, and the service was great. The location and space are great, and our guests very much enjoyed the use of the outdoor patio to play corn hole and view the mountains. The food was good and it's nice that you are able to sample some of the options before you confirm the menu. The pricing was reasonable. The pricing is based on food served per head (with a minimum price and minimum guest count) rather than the cost to rent the venue. Everything went very smoothly the day of and the time to set-up and clean-up was minimal, as we only had to take care of the additional decorations we brought. My only advice is to rent out a separate sound system if you plan to have music; the speakers included with the space were fine for speeches but it was difficult to hear the music clearly - which was not great for dancing.

My husband and I had our wedding reception here yesterday and it was absolutely lovely! We had about 100 guests and it did not feel cramped. We worked closely with both Brianna and Liz. Both of these women were so amazing to work with! They set up everything and it looked beautiful! Liz and her staff were very flexible when the timeline of the day got a little ahead of schedule. And best of all, clean up and tear down was so painless because of the help of the Curtis Ballroom team. I'm so thankful to everyone on staff who helped with our wedding. It was a perfect and stress-free evening.

We had our wedding at Curtis Ballroom- Brianna and her team went above and beyond to make our night perfect. Everything was better than expected, and at the most reasonable price of all the venues we looked at. So grateful for the Comedy Works crew!

We got married here in August of 2019, and could not be happier! The venue had the perfect mix of location, price, ambiance, and size. Our wedding ended up being around 88 guests, and we filled the space nicely (with room to spare). There was a wide variety of food options, and it all tasted great on the day of the wedding. Lydia was an enormous help throughout the whole process, and made sure we kept to specific deadlines. On the final day, she made sure everything ran smoothly without hiccups, and let us enjoy our big day without any interruption. We definitely recommend The Curtis for a perfect wedding with mountain views!
