Pharmacy is understaffed, slow, and inefficient. Frequently a LONG line to pick up prescriptions. Not recommended, I go online or elsewhere now even if it means a farther drive.

Whenever I get a notification that my prescription is ready, the staff can never seem to figure out what is going on. They can't find anything. This is literally the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. AVOID . The pharmacy never picks up the phone, ever. They are impossible to reach. When they do, it's just to hang up on you. When you go in person, they have no idea where your medicine is. I have to give them my insurance card multiple times, they don't seem to keep records despite my sending it in online. Incredibly disorganized pharmacy.
Great pharmacists. The rest of the staff unhelpful at best
Pay attention to expiration dates. Items are often too old and still on the shelves

Imagine your worst, most painful experience at the DMV- that's EXACTLY what it's like to shop at the CVS in Tiburon. The employees obviously don't want to be there, but are too bitter and lazy to get anything better...so, they take out their frustration on customers with a passive aggressive, snarky attitude. Special kudos for most offensive, bad service goes to the skinny dark haired guy with a ponytail, and his dirty blonde mini soprano buddy complete with gold chain working behind the registers.

its okay. The staff on the other hand are very odd. An employee would fall us around the store and watch us. This wasn't a one time thing every time I went in there would be followed. This has also happened with some of my friends. And the store manager gives me weird vibes.
