Pretty cool climbing gym located slightly outside of downtown Denver in a somewhat unassuming location. I’m pretty new to bouldering but starting to get into it. It definitely felt much more like a real community than other more corporate-like businesses I have been to and the prices felt fair. One of my favorite parts of DBC was that there were a bunch of dogs.

The bouldering setup itself seemed well laid out and had a decent amount of options for beginners to experts (the ranking there goes from E to M to H). As a beginner, there were 4-5 for me to do which kept me busy enough. The weights area is pretty bare but I’m assuming most people go there for the bouldering and not to lift weights.

This is a delayed review (I came in early last month) but wanted to give a shout out to Jessie who was so friendly and welcoming. Honestly, one of the best experiences I've ever had coming to a climbing gym and definitely was a highlight on my first visit to Denver. I can see why my friend goes here all the time! And if I lived there I would too. Great vibes. Love it being dog friendly. Keep up the great work 🤙

This place is great for all ages and all skill levels. If you want a fun, challenging, and judgement free workout, this is the place for you. It tests your mind and body as get your further and further. Everyone here is so nice and supportive. I went climbing later in the night and there were only a few people so I had my pick of climbs

Equipment is pretty limited - no spray wall, dumbbells only go up to about 50lbs, hangboard area sucks.

They also claimed they didn't get my email to cancel and refused to refund me a couple months' worth of dues. I never swiped in after trying to cancel and had even bought day passes after cancelling. Terrible business practice.

As a beginner climber, I had an awesome experience at Denver Bouldering Club. The atmosphere was welcoming and supportive, perfect for someone just starting out. The routes were super fun and just the right level of challenging, which kept me engaged and motivated throughout my session. The staff were helpful and provided great tips on technique, which really helped me improve. Overall, it was a fantastic introduction to bouldering, and I can't wait to go back and continue my climbing journey there!

Hey guys, I'm a local google reviewer and I loved my experience with this gym.

I've been climbing for about 3 years now indoors and outdoors. More specifically I have been bouldering for that long with the occasional top rope.

This gym offers bouldering routes in one color, and there is no top roping at this gym. Hence the "bouldering club".

Never the less the gym doesn't have a large amount of people, however the few people that are there hold the same safe, positive, and respectful, community aspects of other gyms.

My onnly complaint is about the pads. Hopefully they upgrade soon as their pads do feel old and squished out.

That's my only complaint though, otherwise this place looks like a sweet place to really excel in bouldering, not only from the community but also the training equipment.

Great bouldering club! Great setup and options for climbers of all levels. The gym and practice areas for strength training are worth the membership on their own. Great vibe here - very comfortable place to be. Yoga at the South location is a super addition. Extended hour access for member is great.

The day my membership renewed I told them that I could no longer afford it. They told me they didn’t care and they wouldn’t be refunding me for the month.

Edit: The Denver Bouldering Club fails to mention that they did not update my contract when the conditions were changed. When we agreed upon the changed conditions a new contract should’ve been sent to me, as all communication outside of the contract does not constitute a change. When mistakes are made on Denver Boulder Clubs part, they refuse to acknowledge it and the manager will ignore your emails but will respond back to you on a public forum to make it look like they’re doing something. Looks like I should’ve read the reviews because this happened to multiple different people.
