Dewey's Bar & Grill is a hidden gem in the town of Stoneham. Open only 2 days a week it is worth the trip to this small town. When I am in Colorado to visit family this is at the top of my list! They are known for their prime rib which my husband hit the jackpot on this trip! He brought a smile to the owner’s face as he sat there and cleaned his plate with one of the dinner rolls. My go to main dish is the filet mignon which was cooked exactly how I like it! My favorite appetizer is their fried green beans. They used to have spicy green beans but the supplier doesn’t have them anymore. So, they found an alternate for me with some spice on the side that I can dip it in. Highly recommend this stop!

Wife and I stopped in for lunch on our way to Nebraska. Saw the sign on the main road and decided we had to stop in based on proximity to so many cattle ranches. Food and service did not disappoint. Owner and his Sister were extremely hospitable and did not steer us wrong. Prime rib sandwich was gigantic with a side of crispy sweet potato fries. Rib-eye was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Came with a side salad, onion rings, corn and a dinner roll. Prices were great and below what the same meal would have cost at a steakhouse! Given the challenges with staffing, supply chain, and inflation across the country Dewey's is a Gem that deserves our support!

Never been there before.Somebody had recommended this place. Went in and was put off by.Did you make a reservation?We said we had never been. The woman that sat us is we feel said very rudely said well, we expect reservations. It took a while for the waitress to warm up handy kinder. Will say the food was delicious. But do to how we were greeted this is a 1 and done for us.

When looking for a bathroom on a road trip, we got lucky this amazing little restaurant was open! Unfortunately, we didn't get to try their famous prime rib, but the food hit the spot. The staff were very inviting and hospitable. They even gave my wife a free piece of birthday cake! And if you've read this far and are still curious -- the bathrooms were immaculate.

Great food, not sure why they have anything other than the prime rib on the menu but small or large will please anyone. This place gets all stars, excellent small restaurant doing things the right way!!

Amazing food, I recommend the prime rib, or for lunch the prime rib french dip. Amazing food, friendly owner, gem of eastern colorado.

My friend and I were on a cross country road trip and got lost with no service for hours. We were running low on gas and I started to panic. I said “when we find our way out of these grasslands I need a steak”.

when we found our way out i put steak in my google search and found this place. not gonna lie when we pulled up i was concerned. it looked closed and a bit run down - which makes it all the more charming after you get inside. i didn’t care though, i wanted food.

had the best steak & meal & coconut custard.

the manager? owner? not sure was sooooo kind & talked to us the whole time.

honestly one of my most memorable restaurant experiences. i hope to make my way back to Dewey’s one day!

We ate stakes Saturday night for their valentines 💝 special. It was delicious 😋. We definitely will return to eat another stake.
