Everything was amazing tonight! Thank you for your hard work, the pizza was so good. Really nailed it with the extra sauce. Thanks to the driver for braving showdown traffic to deliver our food.

We put in a pizza order, started our movie, and waited over 2 hours before giving up and making our own dinner. When we called Dominoes to check, someone would pick up and then hang up right away so we could never even speak to anyone. The odd thing was we watched the pizza tracker on their website and it apparently was prepped, baked, and got to quality assurance but then never showed up. No email apology or call. So strange.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I placed an order through Uber eats to be delivered to my hotel along with my room number and deliver instructions. The ordered was delivered by an employee from the store. He did not follow delivery instructions and deliver it to my room. He instead waited at the front desk for 5 minutes before leaving WITH MY ORDER. He never attempted to contact me during this time and tell me to meet him in the lobby or ask from my room number. I came downstairs after noticing it was taking awhile on the app, and the front desk employee told me he had just left a moment before with my order and refused to leave it with her at the desk. She told him he could leave it and they would find my room number to call me, but he refused and told her “it’s a bad pizza” and took it with him! By this time, the store was closed but I was still able to get ahold of an employee. She was rude, talked over me, and did not listen to what I was saying. She sounded annoyed the entire time and offered no help in making the situation right. She then informed me that since it was after hours, they would not be returning to deliver my order. Even though the order was placed long before the store closed. She also stated it’s their policy to leave after 5 minutes if they’re not able to get ahold of the customer. The only problem is the driver NEVER attempted to contact me once! She told me my room number was also not listed on the ticket, so he didn’t know where to go. I know for a fact I listed all of that info in the app. But even if that was the case - If the driver or store had just called me directly (per their policy), I could have easily met him in the lobby or told him my room number. But he refused and left with my food instead! I really feel like he made very little effort to actually get me my food and since it’s the end of the night, he probably wanted to keep it for himself. Why else would he stand in the lobby for 5 minutes, never contact me, and then refuse the help of the front desk person to contact me and bring me the order? It makes no sense! Now it is too late for me to order food from any other restaurant in town due to the late time and me waiting an hour for this to be delivered. Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Please beware!

what an amazing experience, I wasn’t able to get the two gentleman names. But one of them was a little bit older and one of them had longer hair. They both were incredible employees and made me feel really good after having a shitty day. Highly recommend making it over to this spot.

So went into store to order due to last time we ordered online my bank card was compromised. Our oder included a garden salad, wings, garlic bites and a pizza. NO garden salad so they substitute the chicken Ceasars salad and the wings that were sitting in window when I arrived are the wings they gave me...cold soggy and barely sauce on them...disgusting is what it was..so disappointed in Domino's the last 2 times...WONT BE A 3RD.
