We recently had the pleasure of visiting this rooftop bar in Phoenix, and Luis and Daniel made the experience truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, his friendly and welcoming demeanor set the tone for a wonderful evening. The beautiful views of the city paired perfectly with Luis’s outstanding hospitality. Don Woods' Say When is an absolute must-visit in Phoenix! The stunning view of the city skyline is just the beginning. The ambiance strikes the perfect balance between chic and comfortable, making it a great spot to unwind and enjoy the evening.

The real stars of the show were Daniel and Bella. Daniel's friendly and attentive service made us feel like VIPs, while Bella's mixology skills blew us away. Her cocktails were not just drinks—they were experiences, bursting with creativity and flavor.

The highlight of my visit was the custom cocktails that Bella crafted just for me. Each drink was a delightful surprise, tailored to my taste and expertly balanced. If you're unsure what to order, I highly recommend asking Daniel for a recommendation. They know their stuff and will whip up something that'll knock your socks off. Say When truly delivers an unforgettable experience! Thank you Daniel and Bella, and I can't wait to come back.

Nice roof top spot, has heaters and fireplaces for the winter which is nice. When we went they had just changed their menu, drinks were good and pretty strong. We tried the salt and vinegar chips which were decent but they needed more vinegar. Our server, Luis, was great so shoutout to him! I will say that it caters to more of a trendy crowd so if that’s not your style then you might not have the best time

Apple cider mule was delicious. Very unfortunate for a 30 top wedding party to show up without reservation KNOWING the regulations of this fine establishment.

I’m sure they would have been well accommodated with a reservation versus bombarding one bartender and one server.

Other wise the place was very zen. Loved the vibe. We had great service. Definitely will be coming back for a nice relaxing evening.

This is the spot for a cool drink in a cool environment! Emily, Daniel, and Luis attended us throughout the night and made sure the drinks were flowing and good. We sat in the booths inside and ordered the espresso martinis (big recommend), old fashions, and Prosecco. They were all done well. Had multiple rounds of each.

Daniel, Emily, Luis, Isabella, Kaleb & Javier were all highly helpful and extremely nice. It was our first time coming to Say When & will definitely not be our last. The drinks were a 12/10 & the atmosphere was 10/10. Great drinks & wonderful service!
