Not the best blowout I’ve had. The curls dropped within 20 minutes. It seems like the stylists aren’t all the same caliber - the lady’s hair next to me turned out great.

I have very healthy, long hair that can usually tolerate heavy heat styling but every time I leave here my hair feels crunchy and fried.
I have been to this location three times and have booked online but every time I show up to my appointments they never took me back on time and the ‘extra’ products I selected were never used.
I just couldn’t get over how absolutely awful my hair felt. My hair is normally very soft but felt gross after my services because of how crunchy my hair felt.
My last service was the last straw as I noticed significant breakage and damage which honestly is the first time I have ever been to a salon and have this happen.

It’s not just about treating a customer with respect—it’s about treating another human being with basic decency.

Instead of dismissing this feedback, take an honest look in the mirror and consider how you can do better.

To management: when a customer comes to you after experiencing poor treatment, offering them a different stylist isn’t enough. A sincere apology would go a long way in showing that you value your clients.

Great first experience at dry bar! Larina was my stylist! I’m biracial so I have naturally curly hair, she gave me the best blowout ever without having to use any extra hot tools. Gave me big bouncy volume like I wanted! 😊

Experience in person was good I asked for a blow out for my wedding welcome party. I left with my hair clipped up in circles (she told me to release the clips before the welcome party so they wouldn’t fall). This photo is AFTER I tried to make it better my combing my hair, adding hair oil, and trying to straighten the top… I have no words. Absolutely horrific experience. Crazy to me this is a blow out place in specific and this is what I looked like. It was so kinky, curls going in every direction, left my hair a knotty mess.

Absolutely disappointed in the customer service I received today. I had went on and made an appointment not even two hours prior to the appointment. I had to call and cancel as I have to take my son to the hospital for a procedure that I just found out about. They were unwilling to be accommodating. They said they would still charge me completely empathetic and rude. I have been there before and I will not be going back.

I have an extensions and hate spending the hours doing it myself. i just hate also spending $80 for a blow out that gives me a mushroom top. i wish the company would train the staff how to properly blow dry extensions. really sad i came in yesterday cuz i have wedding this weekend and now im forced to spend another $80 at another salon to get it fixed. Stylists are great but wish the company would keep training stylists on current trends

The girls were wonderful 💯 they were so nice and ready to start when we arrived! They apply more hairspray for a good hold when asked, coffee and water is available! Highly recommend
