I am so grateful for this bus transportation the bus driver trying there best to accommodate the people and sometimes people forget that there are people also.Many bus drivers helping so many people and going out of there way for them and I am so grateful for you bus driver that you have this service for us and many blessings 🙌 for all of you 🙏 and be safe 😊

They advertise as a great space to park daily or even long term BUT it’s all a scham… we attempted to purchase a month long pass for our vehicle. Unfortunately they had this idea that we were going to be camping in the vehicle? Even after explaining that we weren’t, we were discouraged from purchasing a pass. However we do find it amusing that we were told there was no camping in the lot but there are always RVs and other vehicles being stored on their property. Feels a little “picky and choosey” if ya ask me

The trolley frequently will not run every 20 minutes like it’s supposed to, and only runs every 40. When this happens you only find out after you’ve been waiting 40 minutes. None of the drivers or anyone will let you know. I even asked a driver today “so is the bus only running every 40 minutes?” He was looking right at me when I asked but ignored me. I would list his name, but he conveniently is missing his tag.

Awesome to have reliable and on time transportation. Monthly and yearly passes available or else only $1 a ride. It is especially enjoyable to spend my morning commute into town gazing at the mountains.

Went in to renew parking permit. Went to restroom, a female staff memeber opened the door. I said just a minute. Then the voice said sure! I understand that some people are using drugs in the restrooms. But what about customers actually using the restroom? This is very unprofessional! Therefore, I will not be renewing my parking permit at this time. Durango at its finest!!!

The bus is free until the end of August. No regular bus July 4th, however there's a shuttle around parade time, not sure about fireworks.

What is meant to be a neat experience for tourism in Durango is not. Don’t waste your time waiting on the trolley. The driver played heavy metal music the whole ride. Truly takes way from what could be an asset to Durango tourism.

1/20/23 Let's talk about snow. It hasn't been that long ago that I would walk 1/2 a block early in the morning and shovel out the curb at tmy nearest trolley stop. Then in the past couple of years the curbs at the stops have been plowed early in the morning. So much better!! This week they were plowed with the first snow and that was it. Mind you I'm referring to north of 14th ave. Getting off the trolley to a massive oile of snow isn't good. Most drivers will go a little further and drop riders off at a corner or driveway. Getting on is no better.Not all. The county plows the road so it's not nearly as nice as downtown but why can't the city make sure citizens can safely board and exit at these stops?
