Is it not in the government to let me know what and how and when to be in a situation where I know I was wrong and would love to better that for my community and self and I can’t for the life of me receive information from anyone (public defenders, judges, probation officers, or even actual officers-least helpful). Yeah sure hold me, a citizen that’s doesn’t quite understand the law and who is easily taken advantage of. Please share how your outdated and garbage way of “trying to inform” isn’t just a death sentence for those who can’t afford or understand their case enough to be represented in a court of “justice”.
Also, how long has this mace been able to receive reviews…. I imagine longer than what it takes a court house to reach under300 reviews. Thanks for the deletes and undermining of public opinion 👌

These people don’t know how to do their jobs.

Asked a clerk about done documents from a debt collector that I thought was just scare tactic; they told me if it doesn’t have a case number it’s “not real”. So, I left it and now have a judgement saying I owe a 7yr old debt in full that I’m pretty sure I already paid a different collector.

I’ve been trying to call to get any help at all with appeals or anything and I’m always either on hold or being transferred because no one knows how to or can do their job here.

I partially blame our education system since I don’t know how to do an appeal or any of this either; however, I think they’re required to have a degree?

In the case before us, this guy was suing a contractor who was doing his floor. The contractor said it would take 7 to 10 days. The agreed upon color it was going to be a marbled black. The guy came in on the third day and it was brown and so he made the guy leave and wouldn't let him finish. He tried explaining that there are a lot of layers that lead to black. The judge said while the contractor was out of the room that he got a bad vibe from him (he seemed to be Serbian but otherwise I don't see where this vibe came from). He ruled in the plaintiff's favor and made the contractor give him back $3,000 that he had paid him even though the contractor could show proof of how this process works to create a marble black floor and he brought an expert witness with him.

Absolute nonsense. Neither I nor my ex husband had legal counsel. The judge was extremely biased. My ex husband got on the stand and lied about my other daughter who isn't a part of the case. I objected and asked for evidence to which he had no evidence. Then the judge took of still as a whitness statement. Totally unfounded. All of my.whitness statements she denied even though we had evidence. All of his she accepted though he had no evidence. He never mailed me his exhibits. He admitted he didn't mail them in time due to stress. Even though I followed all the legal proceedings and rejected his exhibits due to time limits the judge allowed it
She printed it off and gave me no time.to read it. So I had to read what he put in at the last second and listen to his whitness at the same time. I was never gonna get a fair hearing on my relocation case no matter what. I got.my daughter a nasa internship a position at a prestigious dance academy and a position rehabilitating animals as she wants to be a vet in the future
My ex mentioned a farming thing but I had no time to even verify if his papers where legit or where they where from. I was willimg.to give him all vacations he gave me part of summer and one break during winter. My family is devastated. Thus judge left her in the hands of a known drug addict who's frequently unemployeed I've had the same position 8 years ans it transfers for a higher pay which I proved. I've never been in trouble. I have my daughter full time he has his son 8 days a month because he's addict
Who doesn't follow parenting plan doesn't help and doesn't participate. She's 11 and he told.the court he taught her how to drive. I mentioned that's illegal she's a minor. The judge allowed it and took it as parenting time.i never had a chance no matter how much I proved it was better to move the judge was never going to allow it.

Judge William H Moller. 4th Judicial Judge. If you have him RUN. File any and every complaint you can to get a new judge. I'm severely abused by my mother so I've been NO Contact with her for almost 5 years. Im from PA but moved to CO to get as far away from her as possible. It's sad not having a mom, but liberating to be free of abuse.

She uses my 9 year old son to continuously take me to court regarding custody bc that's all she can do to contact me. My 9 year old does not even know her. I presented evidence to Moller if her hiring ppl to stalk and video me all day long. Text messages saying she wants nothing to do with me or my son. And police reports from where I lived in Ohio where the POLICE reported she was crazy and making numerous false calls to them about me. Moller rejected everything saying I couldn't prove that I didn't make the documents up myself? Not only did he reject everything but he gave my 9 year old to my mother for 30 days in the summer. He refuses to go. He also has a baby brother that he doesn't want to be away from. One my mother doesn't even know about that's how much she isn't in my life.

For Moller to do something like this is shows he's does not care about my child, or me who has been severely abused by this woman my entire life and who just wishes to be away from her.

Called before court to see on average how long it typically takes for First Appearance Court!!! I was informed that it typically takes 45 minutes to an hour! I paid for parking for an hour and a half!! So to talk to two separate people for a total of 5 minutes took 2 hours during that time The case was dismissed and I got a parking ticket!!!

When my kids and I were beyond stressed, staff helped at every turn. Security was so helpful when it came to navigating directions and emotional support. I really did not expect to have the experience that I did. Five stars for such superior service!
