Llame para pedir cita y la operadora no sabe cómo escribir nombres así se lo deletrees mil veces y me colgó la llamada de manera grosera! Por favor contraten personas con educación y que entiendan que está trabajando para pacientes y si se trata de la salud de los niños es más delicado!

Me da lástima opinar tan mal sobre un WIC ya que afortunadamente a mi siempre me habían tratado bien. .pero en este en particular las trabajadoras latinas son muy groseras y mal educadas si ponerse a pensar que gracias a la gente que acude ahí tienen trabajo. Espero que el trato cambie y sepan comportarse con educación y respeto hacia las personas.

Waste of time. A business that I work with has been working with Kara Small for a few years now and have gotten NOWHERE. She refuses to do her job even when we are submitting exactly what has been asked for and it takes MONTHS to get any form of contact in return. When we finally do hear from her, she acts like we are supposed to be doing her job for her. She is beyond unprofessional

Everyone I have worked with in Reproductive Health has been kind and helpful. They got me in for an appointment when every provider through my insurance was booked out for months. I was out of network, but they worked with me on payment options and ensuring I received the treatment I needed (and avoiding unnecessary steps/costs along the way).

We went yesterday to get my daughter some vaccines. Upon walking in the building, staff was very helpful in telling us where we needed to go. The nurse we had was so nice. She worked with us on a good way to hold her so that she was comfortable getting her vaccines. Overall she was really kind and my daughter literally ran out of the office super happy.

Absolutely despicable and discriminatory Behavior by the staff here.

My partner says when they first approached the counter the person had a smile and was very welcoming. I was lagging behind a little after lunch decided it didn't want to agree with me anymore. And admittedly when I first walked up he was Smiles as well, right up into the point where I kissed my partner.

After that the demeanor immediately changed. We were there to pick up a couple birth certificates as well as a death certificate since we were there anyway. This man was nothing but rude from the moment he realized we weren't straight couple. He made snide remarks about how the name listed under father was very feminine, So he IDs my partner, I'll fine and Dandy we have a Colorado driver's license. Then he demands my id, to which they cannot force both people to identify but find whatever AH. When he starts going back and forth between the IDS and the form it's pretty blatantly obvious he's trying to find any excuse so I also put my passport in.

At first he refused cash because he can't make change. Okay fine I have exact change (albeit a few quarters and dimes to reach the amount) and he then changed his story to the office doesn't accept cash. So my partner goes to pay with their card but he refuses the card because it doesn't have their name printed on the front. What in the hell. So I have to dig out my business card because it had both my name and my business's name on it to which I own so at this point I asked for a manager and then suddenly my cards good enough. He gets paid and then doesn't even bring me all the forms that I asked for and I have to remind him that I was supposed to get an additional company to which he charged me for.

It's been a long time since I've been so absolutely disgusted by government employee.

All the staff in the Reproductive Health Dept were so warm and kind, both over the phone and in person. Pam at the front desk was especially wonderful. I was quite nervous coming in but she made me feel at ease. The nurses & doctors were lovely as well and provided resources for me to seek additional support. Thank you to everyone!!

They have been extremely helpful, kind and professional in our exchanges between my business and them. They care about their job and they are excellent to work with. Give these people credit, they do a tough and important job.
