I've lived all over the American West and Elbert County takes the cake — BY A MILE —  for the most incompetent "road workers" ... There are better roads in Harney Cty, OR which is literally 100 miles from anywhere, but they always got the job done.

Huge shout out to r&b. Since hiring this new guy they've had for a while now, I was able to talk to him about our problem that we had last year and why r&b kept missing our road so much. He has been great this year. He comes over the hill and actually plows the bottom side of our cul-de-sac. We haven't been missed once this year. Thank you.

I give the snow plow operators an A+ for there work at keeping the roads well plowed this year (winter of 2022-2023) The plow trucks have kept County Line road and our side roads safe for travel.

The driver that plows our subdivision is rude and mean. He treated my neighbor awful when she had a trash can out for waste management and yelled at her. A couple days later I watched as he seemed to purposefully hit my two trash cans that were on my driveway spreading garbage everywhere. I have lived here for 9 years and have never had a problem before this year.
