Went in for a birthday dinner for my girlfriend and ordered the ten course meal, went through three courses without a drink, two courses were burnt and one was so salty it was not edible. The carnitas with polenta was awesome. They took 10% off the bill. We would definitely not recommend to anyone and will not be returning. We were really excited about going there and wished it had been better.

One of the best experiences we have had on a dinner date.
Fantastic instruction by Chef Brother Luck, food was outstanding! Exceptional service and the atmosphere was perfect with one exception, there was a group of people that were a little loud. Love the decor, the vibe, the music.
Definitely my new fav place.

If you have not been here you are missing out! And you HAVE to do the cooking class.

Food was solid, but expensive for what it was. The bartender was nice and we liked the cocktails.

What really irked me was the service. We walk in and stand at the hostess stand for five minutes without anyone coming by or acknowledging us. We had a reservation. We're led to an occupied table by the bartender (no idea where the hostess went), which I guess we were supposed to get? We sat at a different table - not a big deal.

It's a tapas and cocktail place, so we hung on to a food and drink menu. Later in the meal, an employee asks to take the food menu from us. 5 minutes later a different employee takes the drink menu away. I mentioned this and I guess they don't have enough menus for the restaurant? That made me feel like they wanted us to leave, so we just grabbed the check and did so.

The service was okay, but it needs to be much better to justify what they're charging. I probably won't go back.

What an amazing experience! These folks are doing everything right. The food is perfectly sized to enjoy a bunch of tapas style options to suit every palate. The drinks are as wonderful as the food with even more variety. There isn't a better restaurant in the Springs or Colorado.

Service and food were excellent! The staff were all polite and happy to help. Chevy was lovely and Jacob and Ryan had excellent knowledge of their cocktails. I couldn't have been a happier guest! Will definitely be back.

Save your money and go elsewhere. Went to try and beat the Valentine’s Day rush and was incredibly underwhelmed by every aspect of this restaurant. Reservation was at 6:30pm and got our first drink (a glass of wine) at 6:52pm. We did the prefixed Valentine’s Day menu, that was a five course meal, that took the place of their 10 course tapas menu and got our first dish (an oyster) at 7:12pm. Braised short rib was burnt and couldn’t even finish it. Total bill was $162.30 before tip. Had high expectations but at least I’ll get reward points from my credit card.

Booked a dinner for NYE while visiting friends and was a disappointment. $85 10 course tasting menu (w/o the $35 drink add on as advertised on the website)… our first two plates came out before our drinks… the service was wacky and the servers clearly were just in panic mood. Several plates being dropped while bussing tables. At one point We got a dish that was a to be a pallet cleanser but didn’t get the dish before it. The server took it back and it never came back. Even with Brother Luck expediting, the flow of plates was quick back to back to long periods. The table next also was commenting the flow. They ended up boxing up the last plate and skipping the second to last. Our dining experience was 3 hours and somehow a table of two that sat after us left well before us.

Cocktails were just ok. The food just didn’t hit the mark. Especially when dropping about 160 a person. The best thing was the piano man at the bar playing pop covers classically.

I didn't actually order food this time around as we came in a half hour before closing. They were still more than willing to serve us kindly and have conversation up until closing. The bartender was wonderful. Helped me find something that worked with my allergies and we had a great time!
