If you’re debating if you should come here or not take my word for it and just do it. The view alone is worth the experience. Our experience here was absolutely amazing. We had a reservation for 5 and they got us seated right away outside right on Estes Lake. Our server Amber was very attentive, kind, and accommodating. The cocktails were top notch, you can’t go wrong with any of them. We ordered the elk tenderloin, bison short rib, and mango shrimp. Everything was fantastic and the meat was so tender. We will definitely be back next year when we visit again!

I stayed at the Estes Park Resort and this is a new restaurant there. The atmosphere is great, and you're sitting lakeside looking over the mountains towards downtown. All the food is made fresh on sight. Nice place for a romantic evening, sit by the fire and enjoy a drink, or dinner by yourself.

I started with the homemade focaccia bread, which was soft and tasted great with the garlic butter on the side. I then had the lobster bisque soup, 😋 and the venison tenderloin with brussel sprouts and whipped potatoes!! All of it is fantastic! I took a piece of cheese cake Togo since I was full. The cheese cake flavor was awesome, but the consistency was just on the dry side. That by itself is a 4.8 out of 5 ⭐️'s.

My server was very attentive and able to answer all my questions!

Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend it.

The atmosphere here is great, I love how they have updated the place. The cocktails were very good. The views are always amazing.

We came for a very early dinner at 3:30 pm and it was the lunch menu at that point. I ordered the meat skewer trio which was elk, bison and venison. Very tasty but a very small portion of meat. The rice it came with was really well seasoned and asparagus was good. My husband had steak and frites which looked good. Overall other then the small portion of protein it was a good meal.

Great dinner spot! The views are incredible from the beautiful dining room. They have a diverse menu that is well curated and offers something for everyone. We had the sea bass and steak frites for entrees along with the ahi poke wontons as an appetizer, the finished with the lemon tart for dessert. Everything was delicious and service was great. Highly recommend!

Delicious food. I recommend the polenta and wild mushroom appetizer. We had the Bistro Filet and the Bison Short Ribs. They were both delicious. I enjoyed the Basil melon soda, too.
The scenery was incredible. We sat by the window, but even the interior decor was lovely. I highly recommend Ember.

We had an amazing time here and the portions were big as we had everything split between two people and the images were just my portion.

The steak Frits were delicious! The lobster Mac was delicious!

Not sure why others complain about portions as they were big. A++ from a fellow foodie!

The location is beautiful, the food looks amazing, the food options are also plenty. The ambience is on point. The wine and the dessert was amazing. The only downside was the main course. We were a party of two and we ordered the chicken & quinoa and the game skewers. The meat was overcooked for both the dishes and I got loose motions about half an hour after we were finished with our lunch. Not to mention that the place is expensive. We basically paid over 100 dollars for overcooked meat and diarrhea
