El suelo estaba pegajoso, colas en el baño interminables , imposible encontrar un tenedor .he retomado los viajes de trabajo después de la pandemia y las dos salas que he utilizado han bajado la calidad y el trato a niveles inaceptables

Daja at the front desk has such a sweet, welcoming personality and was great at communicating information regarding the lounge and access. Chef Adam had a delicious menu available. It's comforting to have a well thought out menu. On this visit, dishes such as green salad, hummus, vegetable salad, beef vindaloo, chicken korma, naan, vegetable yellow curry, basmati rice, and falafel. The meats were tender and full of flavor, though mild in heat. Each dish was cooked well. Our bartenders Scott and Daniela made excellent cocktails, including dirty martinis. The
Manager Joe, was present and engaged the staff and guests respectfully and kindly. Ursula was friendly and helpful, assisting guests with wifi access, while keeping the environment clean, organized, and pleasant. I didn't catch the names bussing nor food line staffers, but they were also friendly and efficient. This was our second time visiting this lounge, and just as it was our previous visit, it was a nice stop at which to escape between flights.

Hey, a special shot out to “Thiago!” My man, you made my experience at the lounge simply amazing! I have traveled around this planet many times over… I have to say that you make the best Expresso Martini’s! I sort of forgot I was in the United States at one point.

You’re exceptionally well at your craft!! Continue to inspire travelers as they graze your presence! You are a gift to that lounge and I will forever be thankful of my experience there from you!!

Was traveling with my 7 year old son and this was by far the obvious choice since I could bring in a guest without having to pay for the Centurion lounge companion pass. The food was exceptional, probably some of the best I have ever had in an airport lounge. It had a great view but it was a little tight in the lounge. We managed to find a table but it was tight nonetheless. Staff was professional and kind and quick to clean up after my clumsy drip of latte on the floor. Easy access to charging and outlets. The app check in was easy and convenient.

Thiago is the MAN!!!!! He made some beautiful drinks and was so friendly. He made our long wait for our flight less painful and we definitely enjoyed being in the escape lounge with him!

What a win this lounge is and
Chi the bartender is an added gem!
Relaxing and inviting this lounge offered a nice atmosphere to wait for our flight in.
The breakfast was delicious and plentiful and the morning cocktails were fun! Definitely worth it ?

Escape lounge is great. I had multiple delays and had to deboard twice; however spending some downtime at here definitely made my wait much more tolerable. Nice assortment of hot food, drinks, fruit, and snacks. Suravi was super helpful and attentive. If I’m flying though Phoenix again, I’ll be sure to stop by during a layover.
