This was my first time experiencing a lounge through the Escape lounge network and enjoying my Priority Pass while at Sacramento airport and the brilliant service from Giovanna made my three hour wait before departing exactly what we needed. The whiskey sours were enjoyable and the Oreo dessert delightful!

That escape lounge in sacramento is nice and convenient. Cruz was attentive and had my drinks flowing before my flight. My friend jack Daniel’s was not invited but his friends are here Jim bean and don julio.

This is the worst Escape Lounge I've ever been in... the food section was empty. The food that was in the dishes was old and dried up. The representative asked me not to take pictures... very disgusting and completely unprofessional. There were five different employees walking around and no one seemed to care about anything. Customers came in the liunge and then walked right out.

This was my first time at the escape lounge at the Sacramento airport and it was amazing! The gentlemen Darius that welcomed me was very helpful with it being my first time and the server Dominique is exceptional! Made me feel right at home! Her service and attention was above excellent and for a man like me that travels every week it was a warm and welcomed experience! Thank you to them both and thank you escape lounge

The furniture, all of it, is the most uncomfortable of any lounge anywhere I have been in the world. Its like they wanted to make sure you did not stay by putting the worst furniture imaginable. The place is very new and a total dump.

This was the most unprofessional staff I have ever seen..young staff laughing and talking loudly about their travel plans, guests, new discount booklet for employees. No one at the front desk for many guests that had to wander back to the bar to 'check-in'. Very loud employees. Lots of dirty tables and dishes, hard to find a clean spot to work. ..maybe staff was too busy making travel plans. Food was good, though. Drinks were good. Miss the Delta Sky Club professionalism.

Giovanna was spectacular! Super friendly and and accommodating. I'd come back just for her bubbly personality. Food was old and had been sitting there for a while so we didn't eat , but the drinks were great.

This is a great spot to “escape” before a flight at SMF. The staff is always friendly, the food options are decent and the drinks are delicious. It’s quiet and easy to find space in my experience. Shout out to Dominique with the awesome nails and bright personality for making a stellar mimosa.
