Estes Park Brewery is a fine little brewery. It's a 2 story brewery with free tastings of their standard beers and their gift shop on the bottom floor. Upstairs is the restaurant and bar that serves their seasonal beers. On my stop, they had: porter, stout, red, rasberry wheat, blueberry wheat, lager, gold, an ale, and some others. I think the beers were all okay and better than your major brands. The food looked okay but like what I expect at a ski lodge. The service was fine but it did not feel like this was a place to sit and talk about their beers and what they are doing next. Totally worth going here and better than eating/drinking at a chain.

TOURIST TRAP!!! The beers are meh at best and the food was horrendous. The sliders were pre-cooked beef patties you can find at any warehouse store. Chili had no beer flavor and the tortilla soup wasn't even finished. The sliders were generous in size, but portion did not make up for flavor or price. Staff was also under trained and when I asked for a manager was told there was none on site except for a bar manager that preferred watching the Olympics to managing the flow of food and drinks. Also downstairs staff never notified us of free beer tries on the first floor vs. trying on the 2nd floor which costs $. Avoid (!) and find a much better product and staff just across the street. If you are going to name a brewery after a city, at least have the decency to make it worth the patron's time and $. Zero stars, truly.

Stopped here after we went hiking up in Rocky mountain national Park. We were pretty hungry. The restaurant is actually upstairs. There's like a bar and shopping area downstairs. We are from the north. You are chili fries are a different than theirs. They were okay. The Patti melt was a little dry. The waffle fries were good. The restaurant was very charming. It was during the week and kind of in between lunch and dinner so it wasn't very busy. We got to sit down right away

Overall the place was a decent spot. The restaurant upstairs had great service and some good food. However, on our way out we decided to try the free samples so we went down to the lower level where the bartender Alfredo was incredibly rude and disrespectful, we walked up to the counter and greeted him and he simply eyed us up and down and then walked away. When he returned we asked if we were at the right spot for the samples he then proceeded to tell us to hold up twice and held his finger up to our faces. This completely ruined the experience. I’m not someone to ever typically complain but it was so off putting and rude that I was so compelled to write a review.

Great brewery, great food, great beer, and great people. I really enjoyed the staff and how friendly they are. There are some Shining themed beers that were quite good. The philly cheesesteak sandwich hit the spot perfectly, as did the fries. The food came out very quickly even though they were quite busy. Stop in if you’re in the area.

Stopped in here after a hike, place was mostly empty but of course it's off season. Bartender was very nice and attentive, place has quite a few seats upstairs along with some games and main bar.

Full food menu and about a dozen craft beers on tap. Pizza was good and atmosphere was friendly.

Downstairs they a gift shop and tasting bar as well but didn't try it.
