Evoke 1923 is one of the best restaurants we’ve been to in Colorado. Rand, the owner and chef, not only is an incredibly innovative cook, but he also can be seen waiting on tables and talking to customers. The food is unique and so very tasty!! Much of it is Asian Fusion, with some other international flavors such as French and Italian. Some of our favorite dishes include the Crispy Sesame Fried Shrimp appetizers, House-Made Focaccia (best Focaccia we’ve ever had), Matcha Dumplings, which are small Gnocchi and an assortment of vegetables in a Dashi Tonjiru Broth, and the Au Poivre Grilled Blue Fin Tuna Steak. There is always an interesting sounding ravioli dish on the menu, along with other fish, beef, lamb, and poultry options. The restaurant itself is in a 1923 building with a cozy wood burning fireplace, as well as rooms with windows looking out to the gorgeous Colorado foothills. The waitstaff is quite friendly and very knowledgeable. We would recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves good, interesting, and unique food!

We had a great meal at the Evoke. We have been Bistro at Marshdale diners for years and have seen the subtle changes over the last couple years. The staff is still very attentive and knowledgeable about the food and drinks. The food is still delicious, just with a more modern and fusion flair than the old Bistro. Definitely worth checking them out! Also order the focaccia to go with the ravioli and scallops to soak up all the wonderful creamy sauce. Liked the new take on the lasagne too. More of a deconstructed dish, but still had rich flavors. We will definitely continue to dine with them.

I am sorry to write a negative review but my experience at Evoke was below expectations.
I found the atmosphere to be comfortable and the service was good but our meals were below average and very expensive. I had scallops and ravioli for $41 and received two medium and two very small scallops. Our friend ordered the pork chop and had to send it back because it was raw. We had a party of 6 and were charged a mandatory 22% tip. Not my idea of allowing the customer to judge the service.

Our office was celebrating the holiday season as well as our company owner's birthday. Rebecca was our attentive and informational waitress with Kiki providing bread and water quietly and efficiently without disturbing the table. We found out that Kiki is the daughter of owners Tiffany and Chef Rand Packer and as an aside, that Kiki's restaurant in Evergreen is named after her! The bar menu was interesting and extensive especially for some of our group who prefer non-alcoholic beverages. The menu offered dishes that were tantalizing from first bite to practically licking the plate. Because of the birthday we called in advance to see if a special dessert could be made as a surprise. Tate the pastry chef made the most fantastic baked Alaska which topped off the entire evening. If you are looking for a wonderful culinary dining experience do yourself a favor and make a reservation!

Soooo good. This was our first time here and nothing disappointed.
We got the focaccia bread, delish, the lamb shank, sea bass and for the dessert blood orange tart. Everything was so amazing.
All of the cocktails were great too.
We will be back, highly recommend!!

The food and service were spot on. From the rich starter to the grilled duck thru to the light, house made dessert. The service is personable and attentive without being overbearing. The chef delivered our starter and entrees. He talked to what we were about to taste allowing us to search for the ingredients as we ate. Our server did the same with our dessert.
We went out for a dinning experience and were rewarded with one. This restaurant has made our short list.

Good vibes. The “lasagna” is actually three chicken tenders under a singular noodle trench coat. The other meats were salty. The focaccia bread was great.

My boyfriend and I had an incredible time here celebrating my birthday! It was a true fine dining experience that held a candle to, if not exceeded, the service I've experienced at James Beard and Michelin Star awarded restaurants in Vegas, Los Angeles, and New York. High class meets cozy and romantic. Creative, delicious, comforting food that was plated with care and love. You can tell the owner sets the bar high and the staff are all courteous and professional. What really stood out to me was how accommodating they were with my dietary restriction. The waitress was knowledgeable about the ingredients and talked to the chef who was willing to make anything to accommodate, making me feel so welcomed! The owner and chef came to our table after to talk to us about his dishes. We were extremely impressed and will make the 35 min drive from Denver to visit again!
