Excellent sausage place. Also a good gathering place for friends. We had the hot Italian sausage which was very good. And the lamb sausage was excellent! Pretzel was good....smoked Gouda was meh. They have a good selection of n/a beer but they don't have them all in stock all the time. They have cocktails and mocktails....the blackberry jam cocktail was very good. Will definitely come back if we pass thru Little Rock again.

God, I hate doing this, but this may be the worst place I've been in a long time.

Food - everything I got was either burnt or overcooked. We got sausages, burgers, and pork rinds. Stuff, you think you can't mess up. We'll they messed it all up.

Atmosphere - it's loud and hot. I may have lived with it if it was just loud, but when you combine it with it being 90+ outside and feeling even hotter inside it's just not a good combination.

Service - What service? You order from the bar, and they give you a number, and someone brings out your food. That's the end of the service.
If you need a refill, good luck. You have to stand at the bar and hope you're not ignored, which appears to happen a lot.

I could have probably lived if this thw food had just come though, but when you add bad food with bad service and the hottest place I have ever eaten inside at. It just makes for a bad combination

Food had a great initial taste, but I started to feel sick shortly after leaving. I attribute that to me not eating processed sausages normally. Service is questionable. Food is over priced for what you get. Curry ketchup and sauerkraut ? was very tasty. Only street parking which is free after 6pm.

I had the Howdy burger which is a standard double cheeseburger with a special sauce. I also added a half order of duck fat fries. The fries were ok and honestly didn't taste any different than regular fries. The burger was decent but was slightly overcooked. You have to order everything at the bar so the service was minimal but ok. As far as the environment goes, I'll just say their wooden benches are quite uncomfortable after sitting for a while. Some padding would help a lot.

It’s a nice, spacious German beer hall. They don’t brew their own beers, but they do make their own sausages.

There was a fair bit of people at 8:30 pm on a Tuesday. Enough to not feel lonely, but not even close to filing a quarter of the place. They have classic bench style seating.

There were 18 beers on tap tonight with a good selection of German and some local beers along with a random assortment of others. They also have a large selection of alcohol.

The food menu has the mainstays: sausages, schnitzel, and pretzels along with some other sandwiches and breakfast.

I had the sausage sampler with the Hunter, jalapeño cheddar, and regular bratwurst. The jalapeño has really pronounced jalapeño flavor which is great. The Hunter, a combo of venison, bison, and pork was also good. A touch smoky, but flavorful. The brat was my least favorite. It just has a raw flavor I don’t care for.

They were out of sweet potato spaetzel, something I was looking forward to trying. I settled for the duck fat fries. They are thick, but flimsy. I can’t say I taste duck fat, and by all accounts, I shouldn’t like them, but I can’t stop eating them.

Finally there is okay mustard which is a bit creamier than I’d want with a pretzel (maybe they have other for the pretzels?) and some zippy, dry kraut.

The staff greeted me right away and answered my questions while also making good suggestions. Overall, while I’ve had better food, I also wouldn’t turn this place down.

I was fairly surprised how good these sausages were. Jalapeno Cheddar was the best! I took a picture of my co-worker food, he had some kind of chicken steak deal, I don't recall the name, but it had to be good because he ate it all! I didn't take a picture, but the Duck Fat Fries were ? as well!!
