I ate at one of the first ones they opened in Encinitas, California, way back in 1987 and frequented it up until 2004. Living in Kentucky makes you miss the So. Cal. Style Mexican food. What a delight to find Filibertos all over Airizona ?.

Tried the new Filiberto's in Huachuca City recently, and it exceeded expectations. It's now my top choice for Mexican cuisine – clean establishment, friendly staff. No more driving into Sierra Vista with this place around!

The inside was clean and quiet! The food was spot on and I had several changes and additions! Desi helped us today and he was so nice, helpful and just an overall pleasant guy! Will definitely be again!

Former Rodolfo's staff now run this Filberto's location. Best food in the Mexican food in the area. Excellent portions for the price. The guacamole we missed! Worth the drive to Huachuca City for the best food!

Will NEVER BUY FROM HERE AGAIN! Ordered some carne asada fries. Waited for 20 minutes. Drove home with my family to eat. When I arrived I prepared everyone else’s food. I open mine and start eating. The fries are covered in cheese and meat. I took two bites of the toppings digging the fries out of the corner like I normally do. THE FRIES ARE ROCK HARD LIKE THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN THROWN OUT YESTERDAY. I call them, they say if you drive back we will make you another one. I bring the old one to show them how hard the fries are, why not I have nothing to hide. The fries are inedible! They take my food, again I’ve only had three bites the third bite I hit the fries that were rock hard. The lady comes back to the window and says” the cook said you have to pay for a new one as you have eaten some of this one” can you imagine paying 40$ for steak fries you can only eat half of. I didn’t even get my other order back. They ripped me off For 17$ basically. I explained to her that in order to get down to the fries of course I would have to have taken a couple bites of toppings. That I will not be paying them more money when they served me rock hard fries. A piece of steak some cheese and sour cream. That’s how low you stoop. You’ve lost my family’s business. If you want filebertos I suggest you do yourself a favor and drive the extra seven miles to the one in Sierra vista , better food, better service! They would also never serve you yesterday’s fries. This isn’t my first problem with this place but it most definitely MY LAST. You took my whole plate. Then demanded I pay you to remake it! No I don’t think so! I’ll let everyone else know how you handle customers though.

My wife went to fillbertos yesterday around 3:30 with a order to go. I ordered a bean chimichanga with no Guacamole. When I got home there was Guacamole on the the bean chimichanga. It seems the cooks do not look at the tickets closely since this is the second time doing this. I suggest you look at your order closely before you leave to ensure your order is correct. I guess I'll have to stick with the bean tostada since they can't mess that up.
