It’s so dirty!!! I felt so uncomfortable everywhere we went inside here. For the price they charge to bounce you would expect a nicer kept facility. Idk where to start. I watched employees walk past a dirty used bandaid on the play floor multiple times and ignore it. There were SO MANY ROCKS & dirt on the trampolines, every single one had rocks or debris on them… And not under the side areas but literally sitting clear as day all over the tops of the trampolines. A lot of stuff was broken or not in working order. The foam pits were missing so many foam squares that my kids kept hitting the bottom of the foam pits… You could tell the level the foam squares used to be filled to compared to what it’s like now. The employees just walk around talking to each other, about personal stuff. When they were asked why it’s so filthy they said because they “got busy” and couldn’t vacuum. My friends daughter scratched her arm on the trampoline from ROCKS… It was so disappointing. I thought maybe they would get better and gave them chance after chance. This needs to be addressed and fixed. It’s simple cleaning that’s not being done. Do better Fly employees and/or management and quit walking right by the FILTH!

Ernie was making the trampoline experience unenjoyable, and made my birthday less amazing. I felt he was yelling and raising his voice when not needed. All around a terrible visit, and he was targeting my friends, which I think was because we were older and he though we were going to cause trouble when we were just trying to celebrate my birthday.

I have been a member of this trampoline park for about two years. We loved this place after it opened because it was clean and the management was amazing. We would show up and everyone knew our kids and called them by name. There was always enjoyable and attentive staff on the floor. I am currently so sad hearted to see this place no longer close to what it used to be. We went about a month ago and I made some comments to management about cleanliness of the place and that I spent and lost 10$ on games that were broken. She was receptive to me. We stay away for a while and finally went back yesterday 08 Aug21. I was so compelled to take pictures because we were the first customer of the morning. The place was so dirty, trash in both bathrooms were full and I couldn't even keep up with all of the ducktap quick fix and forget it issues. All of this means not only are you doing bare minimum.... Your doing NOTHING. Over 10 of the games were broken and no way to know this until my money was sunk into it. There was one teenager working on the floor and all she did the whole 1 1/2 we were there was stand in the corner and looked so unhappy with her job. We are done with this place..... So wish it could have stayed awesome.

Ernie was raising his voice and yelling at my child for having shockwave socks. I feel this is not needed as he just needs to say you can’t were those socks. I also caught him looking at the little girls in the ball pit for 20 minutes, creep!

A lot of fun for the kids and adults that jump. They have games and host parties. Their system runs a bit slow, causing long entry lines, and if you want to buy a snack, you’ll have to stand in that line. Would recommend them buy a vending machine so customers don’t have to wait in line. Last but not least, a lot of their arcade is down. My kid lost about 10$ in broken arcade games and didn’t want to cause grief due to becoming more stressed over the long line. Simple problems, that are repairable. Hopefully I can adjust my rating next time I go.

I have visited this location a handful of times and it is usually a great experience but I feel like lately it has gone drastically downhill. We were the first customers through the door and the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Clogged toilets, overflowing trashcan, and dirty counters. During the last 2 visits, the basketball hoop has been broken, the dodge ball section closed until further notice, laser tag is broken, the virtual game closed, 4 out of 6 Bosu balls flat in the ninja course, ripped carpet, unvacuumed floors, and a used mask and sock in a foam pit that would have been noticed by a cursory glance around before opening. I would love to continue to frequent Fly but the last visit gave me the feeling that it was not a sanitary place for kids.

We had a great time. And if you have a little one you definitely need to come during Toddler Time vs the old timeframes.

I took my three year old niece and she ran all over the place and then played some video games too.

I definitely will be back next time I am in Alaska.

Fantastic place! Dodge ball, basketball, ninja course, gladiator beam...these guys have it all. Very fun time and the most reasonable prices I’ve seen. It’s nice the adults are free with a paid child! The VR is only $6 per person and there is also an arcade. Go check them out!
