A1 service. Brought my jeep in after serious 4 wheeling and confirm my instincts that I damaged something. Their mechanic had a video of it for me to view with Gavin at the front desk in their software. I thought that was cool and made the decision to schedule the repair easy. Plus. Good coffee and snacks.

[UPDATE] - I tried calling, left a message for supervisor and they never called back. I was also told they'll reach out to me regardless but no one ever did. Also, went to another shop and they confirmed I definitely need the alignment.

Brought my JLU for a clutch recall + alignment + greasing tie rod/sway bar disconnects. Took them a few days, they charged me $895.45 for "additional labor" because I have an aftermarket suspension. Literally two bolts to drop my control arms and cross-member... They didn't reconnect one of the wires back to my battery. They only greased the swat var disconnects, the tie rod was completely dry, it took me 5 pumps, I did it myself. Checked the alignment bolts, none of them were touched. The rep told me no alignment was needed but they still charged me $94.50 for that. It's impossible as I got 4 new tires and didn't do the alignment for at least a year. They wasted a lot of my time, didn't check their work, overcharged me, the car is now shaking at 70mph+ and pulling to the right. Do not recommend. People were pleasant but the quality of service and the results speak louder. I feel taken advantage of.

Cedric was amazing got me in an out very fast. I went to look at the tundra during the dark hours everything looked great. The next morning there were a few big scratches that will to fix and have buffed out also the grill is cracked. I told Cedric the next morning and he said the appraisal manger knew about it and that’s why they sold it as it but it was never disclosed to me or Cedric. They are hard to see at night or I would have said something that night. Today is 1-8-25 this post was written in December and still have had anyone contact me. I contacted them last week they said they didn’t have anyone with the name of Jeff that worked there and they would pass my info along to the manager to get my truck fixed.

I saw the dealership had a good number of discounts. I sent them pictures, mileage, and payoff. The salesman was professional, but when he came back with the offer from the manager. It was insulting and lowest offer out of dealers by far. I mean a 2023 ram 1500 with a Sherrod package they offer under 35k when you cannot even get them used for under 50k. Like I guess I will keep find a dealer that will try to make a deal or wait until November but will not look here.

This is my 2nd repair with Fowler. Quick, great communication, and it is worth the extra drive. We live in Westminster and can find other Jeep certified dealers in are area but the knowledge they have surrounding my truck why risk it.? Period! I would recommend. 5 stars.

I purchased a used Ineos Grenadier on July 24th. They sold it to me with a severely cracked windshield and said they would have replaced ASAP. I've had the car now for 3 weeks. I found out that they picked up the windshield last week from the Ineos dealer in Colorado Springs. I’ve asked my sales rep Cedrick to have a manager call me at least 4 times in the past week and nothing. Crickets! On top of the windshield they also Marketed and SOLD me what I thought was a Fieldmaster but come to find out its actually a Trailmaster so they misrepresented the car completely. Do not do business with this place at all!

Also worked with Brooke and Cedric in the sales department while shopping for a Grand Cherokee 4xe and they were both great. Ended up finding a low mileage used Summit trim with all the tech packages I wanted elsewhere, but appreciated the professional nature of the sales team at Fowler while shopping.
