We had Robert the first 4 times here and service was prompt and friendly. He was great with the hookahs, coals, and snack/tea area. We came back specifically bc of the experience with him.

Unfortunately, we had some less than savory interactions with another employee that showcases a lack of basic hookah knowledge and included him trying to sell me shisha tobacco that was 2+ years expired. This may be down to a new employer, but it should be corrected.

Our 5th time at this location, we were waited on by the second employee, who did not make one of the hookas as it was ordered and served them both with barely lit coals. Once the coals were going enough to smoke, I realized the flavor was off and asked if i could correct it. I was refused, and the employee did not offer to correct it himself. The employee specified that I needed to buy a new bowl as nothing was wrong with the one he made. People make mistakes and that is completely okay, but not owning up to them is not okay.

As someone who has smoked the same 50/50 mix of AlFakher rose and mint almost every single day for the last 12 years, I am well aware of what that mix tastes like. My last hookah here tasted of full rose, which is extremely different. The proportions may have been wrong or the shisha just not mixed up so only rose was on top to meet the coals - no way to tell from the customer side. But the fix is simple: remake the head.

We were excited to try out this hookah spot based on the reviews, however we walked in to find staff who seemed bothered for us to come in - no greeting at all. We asked a question to clarify the outdoor food and beverage posting on the door and the response we received was “it’s posted there for a reason”. Totally fine that there are policies - we had no issue with that at all, however the manner in which we were responded to was dismissive. We immediately left to visit our usual spot in Chandler.

Worst experience - bought four e cig battery’s, and they were all defective. Brand new. Came in to a rude employee Josh flat out telling us he can’t exchange them. They are completely broken. Ripped us off for $60 + tax, but it’s cool. Asked for his managers name and he said he couldn’t disclose it

A new hookah lounge right around the corner from my house. My life is complete. This place is AMAZING!! The best hookah lounge I have ever seen! Everything is so perfect. Employees are amazing! Excellent customer service. Hookahs are FYRE!

Have always enjoyed coming here. It’s such a shame the location doesn’t present more traffic, because the staff has always been very patient and helpful. Always a relaxed spot though!

Recently went to this location with 2 other people (total of 3) during their happy hour 10-4, $15 per hookah. Only 2 of us were smoking, 40 mins later, the owner shows up and she pretty much demands we have to buy another hookah for our 3rd person who isn't even smoking. She couldn't even talk to us and had her employee tell us. This entitled, young, unprofessional owner showed up with her hookah already set up for her and we were playing games. She should have accomadeted us since we're already there 40 mins prior to her showing up. On top of that, they charged us full price after the happy hour, even though we were there before. Besides the employee, horrible owner who is just money hungry. Won't be back and I hope a new owner buys her place!!
