We stayed two nights at the Good Karma Inn in the Wisdom room. The place is amazing with the most awesome views of the bay and glaciers. It was the best stay during our trip to Alaska. Mike the owner was very accommodating and a good cook. It was so interesting to hear of the history of the area . Also, and amazing log home that Mike himself built. Truly a great place to stay and a good value.

Great name, Good Karma Inn, is a great name for Mike's (our host and owner) home and business. Mike was very cordial, knowledgeable (places to eat, things to do), and helpful and made our stay there over four days so memorable. It is such a beautiful, quiet, private place with such incredible views. I couldn't be more grateful for the opportunity to meet and spend time with Mike, who made some great breakfasts, too. We spent 3 nights in the Wisdom room and 1 night in the Mindfulness room. These are the two very nice upstairs rooms with great views and a shared balcony. Thanks, again, so much, Mike, for your thoughtfulness and success in facilitating a great experience for us in Alaska.

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at the Good Karma Inn for 2 nights. What a beautiful lodge and the view is absolutely spectacular. Very warm and inviting, but secluded enough to enjoy the quiet country side. I just wanted to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view. The owner Mike is an added bonus. He's takes great pride in ensuring his guests have the best experience possible. ||We had our fishing charter cancelled due to high winds. As soon as I got back to the lodge Mike sat down and started making calls with me to find something else to do for the day. It was great appreciated having someone that not only knew the area and who to call, but also cared enough to spend the time doing it. ||We will be back. Thank you again Mike. ||Shane and Elizabeth

Great location w stunning views! |The host Michael was incredibly helpful from the moment I booked in making sure I had reservations in advance for some local outtings I would not have e been able to get once I was there. |The house has 4 rooms I believe, each with a fantastic view of mountains and the bay. |Michael made breakfast to order, from eggs, sausage, to yogurt and granola. |He also suggested some great restaurants. art galleries, and fishing charters.

We stayed at the Good Karma Inn on a recent trip to Alaska and had a great experience. The place is located just outside of Homer with a beautiful view of the Kachamak Bay and the glaciers on the other side. We had everything we needed and Michael is a great host. He recommended several restaurants that were amazing and helped us book a water taxi over to Halibut Cove. He's also one of the most interesting conversationalists I've ever met running a B&B. Can't say enough good things about the Good Karma Inn.

We can't say enough good about our experience with Michael and Good Karma Inn. Communication was fantastic and his attention to detail impressive. He was extremely helpful in making our visit to Homer excellent. His suggestions for activities and places to visit were fantastic and left us with great memories and stories. We'll definitely have The Good Karrma Inn on the top of our list when in Homer again! Thanks again Michael for a wonderful experience.

BnB in a beautiful house with spectacular views of the bay and mountains. Very comfortable room. Michael couldn’t have been a better host. He’s super nice and we had very interesting conversations about Alaska and his life.

The absolutely BEST place to stay in Homer! We were there only 2 nights and would have loved to stay longer. First all, our room was spectacular with access to a spacious porch that overlooked the Spit and Kachemak Bay. There is so much care given to guests to make them feel at home here. Michael is a wonderful person whose hospitality goes above and beyond. In Homer, we bought the most beautiful souvenirs, had the best meals in Alaska and never felt like tourists all because of Michael. He is a wealth of knowledge and has the best stories! We feel like we made a new friend. We highly recommend staying here!
